First things first… yes, they have a unique and pretty product. HOWEVER, I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service! We ordered a product from them online as a Christmas present. We placed the order on DECEMBER 17TH… today is January 9th and we still haven’t received it. We spent 30 dollars in shipping and they didn’t even send it out until January 2nd. I called the store and they just said they had a lot of orders. Well if you expect a high volume of orders then you should be well equipped to handle the orders in a timely fashion. He gave me an email address to send my concern to, and I never even heard back from them. Not an apology from anyone. I hope the product is as pretty as it was on the website, seeing as how I don’t have it in my hot little hands yet.
