Oyster Bay, NY
It allegedly is a drug store but has kind of morphed into a general store. The BEST thing about Eckerd is that they sell CHEAP beer.
Now that the one and only beer distributor in town decided to high-​tail it out of town, they are the only option other than Stop & Shop for decently priced beer — go figure.
Eckerd usually has shorter lines than Stop & Shop (unless you go early and get that little old lady cashier who apparently opens every day).
Oh– they have a pharmacy too.
