Professional and friendly environment. I have lost my glasses before classes were back in session and I have been so lazy to actually get new ones until today going here since I live near by but never actually checked it out. Let me tell you, that this optical is honestly the most unique eyewear location I approached. I got skeptical because I have been ripped off before at previous places, but Suzanne is such a sweetheart and nothing but honest. They have a deal of $ 99 for the exam and glasses in total, no gimmicks or «when you purchase…» type of offers. I was a walk-​in patient but was taken care of very soon. I really appreciated the assistance and generosity I was getting from both Suzanne and Dr. Goldberg who was present at that moment, Suzanne was even nice enough to give me a discount on my lens being glare free considering that I am a college student. This optical is filled with very understanding employees who are not trying to get as much money as they can from you, their was even a patient before me who had a broken lens and Suzanne fixed with no charge. I came about a good 25 minutes before closing time, which Goldberg is their on mondays from 1 to 6pm, and stood for me until I was finished which was passed his leaving. I beyond recommend this place, you will feel all the comfort a customer/​patient would want, the employees are very attentive and honestly do their best to help everyone out.

its the most horrible optical store ive every been too… victor is very helpful was the most helpful… it was an awful and the owners wife is money hungry .the messed up on my lenses and she told me i have to pay to fix it… alot of money wasted and i still have to go somewhere else and do this again !!!
please dont waste your time or money (and their very over price)…

Great place, Very patient and professional. I would definitely recommend everyone to David we went through everything. I’m glad that he showed me the difference with how much better my new glasses are compared to what i had in the past … The prices are great and the quality of what I got is amazing

Must today, today i went to this Optical and the service was great. That employee was very firiendly and very professional. The treatment i received from the Dr was also very professional and as he did the eye exam he explained the purpose of each part. I must say i was very impress.
I would very much recomend this Optical.

My first time walking in and I enjoyed the experience, The eye doctor was calm and willing to help me. The frames were different in a unique way. I was able to get a really good deal on everything and advice that helped me. The staff were patient while eager to help every and anyone. I had a very patient staff named David who helped me entire time I was their. He also showed me the difference between my prescription recommendation. Can’t wait for my glasses. :)

I bought a pair of Versace glasses from this location on March 2014got the glasses in two weeks wore them about a month or so one of the lenses look as if it was becoming cloudy scratches developed I took the glasses back to the store on July 2014 they charge me 200. Dollars to replace one lens it took five weeks to get my glasses back from them with a lot going to the store calls that went with no help going to the store to argue trying to get my glasses from them finally in Aug 2014 after waiting 5weeks for them got the glasses but in a few months the same lens again became cloudy I personally think they just coated the lens gave the glasses back trying to pass them off as fixed there over priced the people who worked there are the biggest bull shiters im out 1000.00 for these glasses an had to purchase glasses elsewhere they just kept saying no refunds or blaming each other BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! RIP OFF Jerks!!!
