From the time we ordered till our food arrived: 1 hour. It wasn’t crowded. Based on other reviews, Chili’s in Pace will not likely ever be crowded. On the other hand, our waitress was attentive and apologetic. Kept my tea glass full.

Foods usually pretty good at this one but they always seem understaffed. 20 minutes before they got tonour drinks this visit. Their sweet tea usually sucks as well. Love the honey chipolte sauce wish they sold by the bottle. The 2 for $ 20 deal and the rewards points makes this a go to place for parents. Also if you stop at the tom thumb and buy a chilis gift card for any amount its an easy 10 cents off on gas with your rewards card. Every few visits we get a free kids meal with chilis rewards points. Been here almost an hour still no appetizer and our drinks are empty.

The food was good, the service was a little spotty. We had the sirloin steak and the big mouth bites.

Ordered the Margarita chicken. It came with surprise meat chunks(beef?) mixed with the black beans. Not exactly ideal to find the chunks, especially because I’m not a beef eater or mystery meat eater AND the restaurant was empty… so I was a bit confused how the meat got there. My partner and I waited the entire time for another plate to come out — mystery beef discluded. He didn’t even snack on his food to be polite(felt bad due to his food being cold by the time the new plate came out). The woman that dropped it off, maybe the manager, barely said a word. It was all a bit awkward. They didn’t even offer us a small discount or maybe even the kindness of heating my partners food up. We didnt complain, said thank you, and tipped. We won’t be going back. Not sure how meat randomly ends up in beans anyway.

We’ve eaten here a few times in the last 6 months and after tonight we will delay going back for a long time. Check in staff was very unfriendly and hardly said a word and never smiled. Service was non-existent. Manager finally took our order after 10+ minutes. Dinner order was incorrect, asked for hot sauce but waitress never came back except at the end. Too much socializing by the staff. Written a survey before but I guess management doesn’t read them or doesn’t care. Too many better restaurants in the area that will work hard for your service and treat you with respect.

Good as far as Chili’s go — no complaints here! Note: no alcohol served on Sunday.

Do not get the tacos. Eww. I ordered 2 shrimp 1 prime rib taco with no fresh cilantro. My tacos come out with just a few pieces of cold tiny shrimp with a fourth of a slice of browned avacado. My prime rib«meat» tasted and smelled like dog food and was cold and hard. I feel sick to my stomach. Appetizer was good. Waitress was fine. Still tipped her good, since it wasn’t her fault. Depending on if I get food poisoning tomorrow, I may or may not go back again.

Most disgusting food I’ve ever had. The chicken was raw and the waitress charges me for it anyhow. I ordered water and she brought me 4 different cups of dirty water this things floating in it. She then asked me if I wanted a darker cup so that I might not see the things floating in it… Ummm? What?! Absolutely horrendous.

If I could give this Chili’s zero stars, I would. I came for lunch and asked if I could get just a cheese quesadilla, as I didn’t see it on the menu. I was told that yes, she could do that for me. My friend ordered the smoked chicken quesadilla with no onions or jalapeño aioli sauce. 2 quesadillas come out, both with chicken, the person delivering them to the table had no idea which one was which and they both looked to have the same stuff in them. She looked at them and decided which one was the smoked chicken one and said she’d take the other back and have my cheese quesadilla made right away. The smoked chicken one literally had cheese and chicken and nothing else that it said it came with. The cheese one was made so quick after their screw up that there wasn’t enough cheese to even hold the flour tortillas together. On top of that, the bartender was talking about how drunk she was the night before. Then had the nerve to charge me full menu price for one of the chicken quesadillas to be able to ring up my cheese one. She basically«modified» it to remove everything. If they didn’t offer just a cheese quesadilla, like I asked, she should have said no but told me how she’d ring it up. I would have never paid $ 10 for that crap they brought me. I tipped because I’m a nice person but your Chili’s is garbage.

I love the place, but it is depressing to realize because of a silly city ordinance I cannot have a beer on Sunday. REALLY?

Worst Chili’s experience ever! Took 2−3minutes before anyone said hi and the place was dead! Ordered a simple burger, med rare and it came out med well. If you’re ever in Pace, Fl go elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have experienced at a restaurant in a long time. All the staff seemed like they were on sedatives. Everything they said was a one word statement or response. Our waiter was even worse. When he first walked up, he just said«what do you want to drink», we had three people with us. He seemed angry and impatient. Yet when he was dealing with a table of pretty ladies, he was giggling and full of conversation. Not only was the customer service biased, but also the service. He was going to their table every 30 seconds to check on their drinks and brought them different drinks constantly, until their table was full of glasses. We ordered one meal and it took over 20 minutes. He finally came once and asked if I wanted a refill for my drink, I said«Yeah, sure». It took about 15 minutes for him to return with the pitcher, during the wait I saw him going back to that table and refilling all their glasses. The meal we ordered, a ribeye steak, was so over cooked it was like trying to chew on a 15 year old tire. We ordered it medium-well, and we got what I must presume would be named«black-well finished»

This Chilis has become our Friday night watering hole, Angel, Olivia Chelsea and the ever suffering Victor are always quick with the drinks and the complimentary chips and salsa, if you are looking for a Friday night place to hangout this could be it. Pro Tip bypass the crowd and sit at the bar or in the area around the bar, no waiting most nights and the service is excellent. And the full menu is available.

Recently went back and it was a pleasant surprise. Had a short wait but our waiter was pretty quick. They changed their menu a bit(it all looked pretty good) and added some tablet type things to each table with games and menu items. The guacamole was really good and the waiter came out with jalapenos, onions, salt etc. and asked us what we wanted to put in the guac. We asked for all of it and he mixed it in there in front of us. Wife had the quesadilla salad and I had the tacos we both enjoyed the meal. Seriously the guac is worth going back for.

We arrived around 630 on a Wednesday night and there was a short wait. We were offered a table in the bar area rather than wait and we decided to take it. Our server, Victor, was very friendly and attentive. All of the food arrived quickly. We ordered appetizers and entrees. Everything was delicious. This was my first visit to this location and I will be back.

Thought I would stop by to pick up a quick and simple birthday dinner. I now ask though how you can screw up two orders of dinner-for-twos. Guess what? This Chili’s location did it. So, I called and it seemed like the manager Jason showed some concern and said that he will refire my order and give me a gift card to make up for the inconvenience. Oh to my surprise, I was just picking up what I forgot in the first place. I guess, this time, surprise was on me instead of the birthday celebrant! And so, I end up having the inconvenience of pulling in the parking lot twice, cold dinner on the table and in the car, as well as a hungry family. And yes what kind of customer service would you get from a manager when he wasn’t even there to apologize. Not that I needed to go and ask or look for him. This was supposed to be quick and easy. They shouldn’t be on the take out business if they can’t keep their act straight. Now, did i mention that all I ended up with is this screwed up and cold surprise dinner on the dinner table? So, since our dinner is messed up, he gave me 10 be our guests coupons to come back. Thanks a lot Jason for representing Chili’s. And no, I don’t think I’d be coming back here anymore. So, yeah I don’t need those coupons! You guys don’t care.

I love Chilis food but I order to go a lot when I eat and they ALWAYS screw it up, are very rude and I have waited 30 minutes before in the«To Go» section for someone to even figure out I was there after I had called in an order! I’ve called and complained MULTIPLE times, never seen any improvement so I just stopped going altogether.

Normally I don’t like to frequent chain restaurants. And the last time I was in a Chili’s was back when I was in college and on a date. But it was my last night in Florida and my brother and his wife wanted to eat here, so that’s why we ended up at a Chili’s — because it was close to his house. The $ 10 meals were a bargain, along with the 2 for 1 margaritas. As an extra appetizer, we got a plate of hot, crisp, thin tortilla chips with a salsa that had just the right kick — we finished that order quickly, and they served us another huge plate for free. I also got a half order of the loaded cheese fries — not a dish you can order regularly, but it was dang tasty. And finally, I got a half order of delicious Memphis ribs — all this for under $ 10! So while I won’t run into a Chili’s any time soon again, coming in once in a blue moon is not a bad option for a budget-friendly foodie.
