Accurate Towing

I stupidly locked my keys in my trunk last night. I let me AAA membership expire, and the only other option was a towing company. I contacted Accurate Towing, and Chris came out personally to help. He arrived in less then 10 minutes. His friendly, non threatening demeanor was welcoming at a time when I was as frustrated as it gets. He proceeded to use a device to unlock the car thinking that a switch inside the car would unlock the trunk. Unfortunately, it was not that easy. We now had to figure out a way to get into the trunk without the ability for the seats to fold down. Chris was extremely patient and understanding throughout the whole process. Finally, we were able to get through to the trunk, while my small dog was barking and fearful of Chris. I truly appreciate how helpful, patient, and friendly Chris was throughout this ordeal. I will definitely contact his company for future towing needs!

Chris and his team are AWESOME!!! I needed a tow in Concord at 1:30 am this past Friday. With Thanksgiving weekend being as busy as it was I did not expect anyone to show up on the curbside within 30 minutes. He not only provided a great service but it was affordable too. I strongly recommend using Accurate Towing for any and all of of your towing/​roadside service needs.
