Has taken care of me, my husband, our twins, and my eldest daughter for years, handling everything from physicals, colds, and flu to coordinating care for cancer and heart disease. She absolutely rocks. Entirely professional, extremely informed (keeps up on all the journals) great at interfacing with (and selecting) other doctors to refer to. .. Truly a lifesaver. ..

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Blank for years. She is the best Dr. I’ve ever had. Kind, understanding and very thorough. I’ve never felt rushed and no matter what my problem is, I always feel relieved when I leave her office… that help is on the way.
The staff there is excellent… efficient, courteous and accessible. No glass window to speak through, they are right there to answer questions regarding billing etc. If I’ve got an urgent problem, they always get me in right away and there’s never a long wait once I’m there.

i had been a patient of Dr Blanks for years (before having to move) and Dr Blank and her staff are great. they always accommodated me with appointments. I was always able to get fitted in for «samedays» almost every time I called. The reception staff is great. They were always so cheerful when they answered the phone. The doctor was in the office almost every day. She was hardly running behind and when she WAS running behind the receptionist would let the patients know. The nurses are very beautiful and have excellent communications skills with their patients. Very sympathetic. When they drew blood they NEVER hurt or bruised me. I am a big chicken when it comes to needles and the managed to make me not even notice when they were giving me shots. There was also an incident where I had a billing issue and I tried to call the billing department and got nowhere with them. I decided to get some help from the manager. She managed to get it resolved in no time. All in all the office is AWESOME… I wish I didn’t have to move from this office but oh well things happen and life goes on. Thank you very much Dr. Blank and staff. I will miss you and your excellent patient care.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Blank after she came highly recommended by my previous physician. I ended up canceling after speaking with her extremely rude staff. Ramon and Michelle are VERY unprofessional and should not be working with the public. Not only did they make me feel very uneasy about the confidentiality of my medical records (after they gave me information about my mother which I did not ask for), they had very bad attitudes and were very sassy. I don’t care if Dr. Blank was the best physician in the world, I still WOULD NOT see her as long as she has Ramon and Michelle working for her.

Love her. She’s great and listens to everything I say and is helpful.
