Horrible practice, pay no attention to patients needs and questions. Dr. Katz is never there. It takes 3 weeks for a small child to be seen by a dr.
When my husband brought along our 6 year old with him because he was blowing his nose with blood, dr. Katz wouldn’t see him because he had no time.
This is after both front office and medical staff assured us initially that neither of our children would ever have to wait more then a day to get medical attention.
Front staff is dishonest and billing department ignores calls from both patients and insurance companies, or just never update records and when one cals they claim never to have a record of any such previous conversation, they just systematically bill out.
I am dealing with claims they refuse to correct from August of 2015, they won’t even acknowledge that the insurance company is refiling them.
I will be contacting the California Department of Insurance to get some assistance in this matter.
Stay away from this unethical group!

After having this doctor for almost 15 years I just realized I needed to get a new doctor.
Think twice!
