B & L Pool Service

Brad is a really nice guy and very knowledgable, however, he should not be taking on any new clients. I was having a constant issue with him not being able to service my pool on agreed upon days because he always had «emergencies» to deal with.

We’ve used B&L Pool Service since 2006 without complaint. Brad and his crew go over and above their call of duty and turned our once Florida swamp looking pool into a Crystal Geyser body of water. Thanks Brad for all that you do!!!

Brad has been servicing our pool in Belmont for the last several years. He is extremely reliable. I first met Brad when on the hottest day a few summers back we could not get our electric pool cover open. It was a Saturday. I called almost every pool guy I could find from the yellow pages, Brad was the only one who answered his phone and he came right away to open my cover. From that moment, I was sold on him. He answers his phone! He comes when you call! He is a good guy and not out to gauge you. He is a great person to call to have your pool fixed and to have weekly service. We are moving and would take him with us except he doesn’t service the Los Altos area.

I’ve had Brad clean my pool and maintain it in the past, and when my financial budget changed, I stopped. Then recently I had my pool emptied and prepped by another company and I’m not very pleased with their work. Brad has always been straight with me and always helped me out with my pool needs. There are not a lot of companies out there that would go out of their way to help you out. About 9 years ago our heater broke, and everyone I called said I needed to replace my heater with a new one, but Brad went out of his way too look for a good heater for me from one of his other clients that bought a new one, so Brad got me a used heater that works perfectly so I didn’t have to spend as much as if was a new heater. Brad’s prices are very reasonable, and I’m having Brad maintain my pool again so that it won’t get dirty on me again. B&L Pool Service has always done a good job on my pool, and I would highly recommend B&L Pool Service.
