Theresa is amazing! (And so is her husband, Jerry, and all of her crew!) All of them are at the top of their game. They’ve been in the business 30 plus years and it shows! Theresa was very easy to work with. In fact, she took my design ideas, listened carefully to what we wanted — and then made our front and back yard better than we imagined — drought-tolerant, wildlife friendly, kid friendly (kind of the same! ;), fit for big family gatherings, with a bit of a country «welcome» style thrown in. We don’t need to drive hours to go away on weekends. Home is truly where our hearts are. Thank you, Theresa and all, for your craftsmanship, creativity, and great care!

The team is good, but Theresa is not easy to work with. I tried communicating in person, by text, and by email, but none of these methods seemed to work. One job was bid at $ 325, but was then charged $ 500. I had a delivery from Broadmoor’s, which would have cost about $ 110, but Theresa convinced me to have her guys do it, so the delivery actually cost me close to $ 500 because she forgot to tell them all the things I had bought, so they had to go back twice (they also did some weeding she said, but I have no feeling for time worked as the company does not give the dates or hours worked on the bill). Having Theresa as the middle person seems to complicate rather than facilitate. She has some anger which she brings to the interaction. This does not make for a relaxed gardening experience.

I had 2 bids, Theresa was lower by almost half… I was nervous. Would they be as good. I needed my front steps replaced by a ramp. (cement with a pipe underneath for water flow) and it had to match my original cement at the top steps.
It was well done, they were very professional, came on time, cleaned up and the job is fantastic

Theresa and her team installed several Paver Patios and Walkway systems for me on a project in Half Moon Bay. They were very meticulous in their process and I was quite pleased with the end product. As a General Contractor I am ultimately accountable for the work performed by my subs and I put my trust in Theresa to deliver quality.
I will refer her to friends, family and clients without hesitation.
