This tiny store is a total waste of space. And when you enter it, its a total waste of your time. The tiny store is like the size of a master bedroom. Then they only have 2 or 3 shelves, mostly detergents, etc. The store looks too clean and too empty. When they first opened up, I actually went inside and told the owner what I think about her store. I told her your store does not have enough things. You should look at that antique shop right around the corner and copy them. Their store is dirty and packed and dark but that’s just the way how people liked it. The owner immediately told me that I don’t have the right to criticize her store so I just walked out. Then almost a year later I walked by her store and peaked inside for only a few second and I see no change at all. What a waste of space and time. Why is she opening up a store like this?

For some reason my previous positive review was deleted. I don’t know if someone did this out of spite or if there was a technical reason. Please patronize this local business and help support the neighborhood. They have good merchandise at very reasonable prices.

This is a great little place to find odds and ends. It’s conveniently located in Manor plaza across the street from the Post Office. Running low on paper towels or bottled water and don’t feel like waiting half an hour in line at the cashier-understaffed Safeway? Just hop on over here! They have an varietous supply of knick knacks that can fit your needs and for far less moolah than other stores in the area: dish soap, sponges, balloons, gift bags, greeting cards, knives, tools, tchotchkes for the house, etc. It’s a great addition to the area offering better affordable alternatives to the resident chain stores. I’ve found the staff to be warm and friendly and happy to help if you have any questions or need to know if they carry a certain item. Thumbs up!

Great little store, with enough good things to keep you coming back for more. Family owned and run. Give her a chance and check it out. You might find yourself shopping there instead of Safeway for items. Help support small business people.

Been a customer since day one and continue to be! Mercedes owns the store and is always looking for ways to provide real value to her customers. If you are in need of dish soap, cleaning supplies, dog bones/toys, automotive accessories, party decorations, etc etc etc, you can’t beat buying these items for a dollar — even scented candles!!! Great variety, great customer service, great little business for Pacifica. Also, just wanted to point out for Karissa, there are several signs posted within the business that talking on your cell phone is prohibited. If a business owner prefers customers not to engage in that kind of interaction, that is their call to make. To me, people on cell phones in stores are the same as walking into a business with no shirt or shoes on. No shirt, no shoes, no cell phone — no service!

I came here to buy some cinnamon fabuloso to do something nice for my mom and clean the whole house. The lady who works the store was pretty rude. She seemed to have a problem with me the moment I came in there and made me leave for being on the phone. I’ll stick with daiso from now on.

on my way to the chit chat on manor; i noticed this little business with a little red wagon full of flowers by the door. the place had the name of the business on a dinky sign. i needed some plastic wrap anyway, so i thought what the heck. inside was a short, chubby little lady at the registrar that lit the place with her smile alone. i noticed things that couldn’t possibly be a buck. but most of the joint was a dollar store. i started browsing, and before i knew it my little trip for a grab of plastic wrap turned into 13 dollars worth of dollar stuff. including shampoo, and cleaning products. this«dollar store was different! the little lady assured me she«didn’t sell junk!». and by god, when i went home and used her stuff; she was telling the truth. i hope she stays there! that store is jinxed with a graveyard of x– merchants. and it wasn’t very busy when i was there. and passing by lately, i noticed she was pretty empty. try this place out! you won’t be disappointed!!! she deserves to stay in business. you are a fool to pay 4x the price at safeway.

An interesting little mostly-dollar store. Lots of dollar items Like other dollar stores there is really too much stuff to profile everything. So I’ll just say if you are looking for some kids toys, greeting cards and other even items, gum and candy, or cleaning supplies then give this place a try. The other part of the store is where the Bazaar part of the name comes into focus. They also have several items greater than a buck. Like Brooms and other stuff that I really could never see going for just a dollar. Across the street from the Post Office and a few steps away from Chit-Chat Café. An added bonus if you drop by is they are about 75 feet from the beach. :-) Dollar Goodies and Bazaar looks to be starting another nice little store with value.
