Left a message with Cindy requesting a call back for advice and possible tax consulting services. Call was returned promptly and she was very cordial and pleasant. But returned my call only to say she’s too busy to talk because she’s at the airport and very busy with consulting and conferences, after I explained what I needed. Offered her email address. It was very rushed and I felt blown off… in a very nice and cordial manner. 2 stars for nice and cordial. I don’t like being blown off and felt like she can deal with me as long as I don’t interfere with the busy schedule during the week.
