My experience with the AT&T authorized retailer has been awesome due to the professional customer service provided by Bruce. Normally I directly go online to buy phones. I just moved back home to Pacifica and I decided to give this local dealership my business. Bruce has been the sales associate I have been receiving excellent service from each time I need new phones, accessories or any issue. He is sometimes dealing with other customers yet makes sure to adknowledge you. Even busy multi tasking he provides excellent professional service to everyone who enters the store.

A nearby AT&T store. It is not too busy most of the time and I can get whatever I need right away. If they are busy, I just get a coffee next door or go to Game Stop for a bit. I would rather wait a bit than go to the other stores which are more crowded.

This did not go well. The guy told my daughter one thing and then me another. Then he suggested my daughter was lying. I waited 45 minutes to clarify her iPhone eligibility with him, and all he had to say was that my daughter was lying. She is not eligible UNLESS she uses my upgrade. He says he TOLD her to tell me that. My daughter waited 30 of the 45 minutes I waited but she had to leave to go to work. I dialed her from his desk and while getting the bad news he took the next customer. She planted her bosom in my face as she leaning over me and into his screen. He dumped my account info off and put up hers, but I was still in the only chair.
Do not send your children in here unescorted, even when they are 6ft tall and AP Science and Honor students. He lies to them.
