Jack in the Box

Seems like the quality at this Jack has really been going down in the last few years. Disappointed!

Watch out for the old Rumpelstiltskin working the drive thru at nights. I think he’s the manager? Or whatever. Anyways he’s rude and talks to you like you’re an idiot when you tell him he got your order wrong. So make sure you check your order before you leave!

Fast service and polite staff. But The sausage in the grande sausage burrito tasted old and they didnt provide sauces. The advanced soda machine sucks you can taste the previous flavor that the person got before you.

Omg, do like the extra ranches come out of the employees fucking checks or what. Huge order for 5, only 3 ranches. Am I suppose to fcking split the ranches with 5 people or what? And this is every time I go! It’s either fcking management or the lazy ass employees? Other than that, the food is good here; keep it guys ! High five *high fives jack employee*

I’m not a huge fan of Jack but I’ve grown addicted to the overpriced loaded chicken nuggets! Somebody save me… PLEASE…

I wanted to take a second to commend the management team and crew at this particular Jack in the Box. My brother happens to be a regular at the establishment, and as far as the food goes it meets or exceeds the standards one would expect from the brand. However, what sets it apart is the service. It is the people that work there that make this Jack in the Box what it is. They pay attention to the details when it comes to taking your order, confirm your order visually before asking you to proceed to pay, and are usually able to have you on your way with the correct order in a reasonable amount of time.
They rarely miss, and when they do, they rectify order immediately. Most importantly this crew recognizes and rewards its regulars. On occasion you might encounter a bit of a line, but if you want to place your order once and know within a reasonable amount certainty that it will be correct, then this is the place to stop.
