This place really suck, better find another popeyes place. other place have new deal beside tues special, for example everyday special14 pieces leg and thigh for $ 12.99 but they pretending and said they dont hv this deal. i know other place like the one in sepulveda, san gabriel they do hv this deal, but i dont know why this place dont, AVOIDTHISPLACE!!!

Good food. I feel like I didn’t get as much Cajun fries as I should’ve but maybe that’s just me being fat. Can’t believe some of the reviews here but the service was pretty good to me.

The management at this place is ridiculous! Earlier this year my office placed a large order for lunch and sent someone to pick up the order and when they returned to the office, we noticed that 2 large sides were missing. I immediately called and informed them of the missing items and I was told to write the name«Mayra» on the receipt(the manager on duty at the time) and the next time we came in to bring the receipt and we would get our items that were PAID for. I told Mayra that we usually go to a closer store in Burbank and it may be a while before we get around to collecting on the items. She understood and said that would be fine as long as we had her name. Today when I went in to this store, I explained the situation and the nice girl(Valeria) explained to her manager. Her manager(Stephanie) said oh, Mayra doesn’t work here anymore so we cant honor this(No way around it like it wasn’t her problem) She had the nerve to say«well, Mayra didn’t tell me about this issue» of course she didn’t! because when I change jobs or locations I will give the new manager a run down and a list of people who called to complain of missing food! I told her that it was not our fault that they didn’t place the items in our bag the first time and it was not our fault that they had a high turn over in management and that Mayra is no longer at that particular store or company. I asked Stephanie for the corp. office # and she said with an attitude. 1800-popeyes, which is not a working number… GOFIGURE! Someone else by the name of «Mike» was made aware of the situation and he didn’t seem to care not even enough to come out to tell me this himself I believe he was the owner by what Valeria mentioned during the order placement process. I was not trying to get something for free. These items were paid for and their poor service is why we didn’t these items to begin with. this place is not concerned at all about customer service. YOUCANBETYOURBISCUITS I wont be back to this black hole. I googled the # myseld and made a formal complaint. I will stick to the Burbank stores who are kind and double check their orders for accuracy on every order I make. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. THISPLACESUCKS!

I stopped last night around 930 pm. I ordered roping chicken and 3 pieces chicken mash potatoes and red beans and rice. I was given 6 thighs and a mountain of cold French fries. This is the second time I have gone to this popeyes and instead of giving you what you ordered they give you what is left. They did not want to prepare what I paid for. Stay away from this place.

Mayra(cashier) and Nicholas(manager) need a class on proper customer service. First: Do not yell to a customer when you, the manager, can’t move from the kitchen. If there is an issue, keep it quiet do the whole restaurant doesn’t have to hear. Second: Do not speak in another language to your co-workers or management in front of customers, it’s rude. Especially when you think the Caucasians do not understand Spanish, because some do. Third: When something is unavailable, don’t just grunt or snarl and say«we don’t have that.» Be polite. Forth: When a guest has a clearly marked coupon that saying its available to use on a mobile phone, refer to first comment. Do not yell to them from the kitchen. Seriously, it’s common sense. Don’t be rude to customers. Don’t forget what we in the food industry all had pounded in our heads… «The Customer Is Always Right» =]

The girl in front is SORUDE. who hires these people to be cashiers? She might as well wear a name tag that says«i hate my job. Go away» I used to work at mcdonalds and i was nothing but delightful to customers. Food is good… Just horrible crew.

i went here for a late night craving and everything was good except they ran out of french fries as a side order damnnnn. Service was good and my food was given to me in a timely manner. besides that the new construction looks really good but the parking lot is horrible

This place has the chattiest female workers ever me and wife stopped to eat there and we found out way more about there’s lives then I ever wanted to know. The manager was the worst example of how to run a business I have ever seen. Positive are clean place fast food.

The food is good but the service sucks! The girl in the front is not friendly looks like she hates her job. Even with customers in front of them waiting to order they kept on talking to each other not even acknowledging the customers.

4 stars because food is great, place was remodeled and makes it livelier and they added a 40′ TV with HD channels. They are short staffed so you’ll be waiting in line forever and as someone mentioned, the women working here should be fired for being bad at their job at the register. Also, no Coca Coca freestyle yet which makes this location great.

Typical Popeyes. Tastes the same as any other Popeyes location. So if you like Popeyes you know what you’re getting yourself into. I’ve always found parking in their private lot(which is shared with a few other businesses). I haven’t had any issues with customer service. Not the happiest employees, but not rude or mean. Someone is always at the register(or close by) to quickly take your order or assist you. The inside is clean and not run down. Restrooms are for customers only and are kept clean. I recently went and they’re remodeling this location. That’s always a good sign when the owner(or the franchise) cares about the appearance of their restaurant. I’ve been to too many run down fast food restaurants, glad this isn’t one of them. If you order chicken strips, you’ll have to wait longer than if you order legs or thighs. I’ve had this experience at other Popeyes locations so it’s no big deal. I’ve been coming to this location for years and will continue coming back.

I love this place! Quiet! Workers are awesome! For the 20min that I was there they cleaned all the tables and swiped the floors twice! I had the family size chicken bucket! Sides orders especially mash potatoes are awesome! Parking is always available!

Had a horrible experience here. Was talked to like I was a cholo or gangster. I have a shaved head, but I am no thug… Apparently the girl taking my order lives the«crazy life» and thought it would be best to trip on me. My order was for a tuesday special, and I asked for the combo special her reply was to tell me that she didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve been to many popeye’s but this is one of them that wants you to spend more by pretending not to know what other resturants deals are… or offer to honor those deals. My biscuit was cold and I was charge over 2 dollars for some fries. total rip off.
