Great place, awesome décor! Seems to be a fav amongst the seniors in the area, the food was great, service super nice and the prices were surprisingly low. I would come here anytime i visit the area.

It was alright. Basic food with good service. Just not wowed. The pancakes which is part of their name were not amazing. Fair price.

Broke my neck on a Saturday rushing trying to get here, got to the restaurant at 2:45PM. They’re published hours for closing at 3PM. Woman saw me as I pulled into the parking lot and went to lock the door. They should honor their posted open and closing hours!

We love Antonia’s! We try to take the family once a week if possible! Only wish they were open for dinner!

I’m reviewing this place again as my first review was taken off. If I could give a review of 0 stars I would. Try Coffee-pot or Danny’s in Kenosha, you will be 100% happier.

Real mashed potatoes, gluten free pancakes, great breakfasts, freshly squeezed orange juice and wonderful kind owners. What an incredible little breakfast and lunch place. Great chop steak too. We love this little place great place on the way to Lake Geneva.

Another wonderful meal at this restaurant. Had that meat lovers omelette which was on special. Great flavors and major portions. If you’re looking for a place for breakfast or lunch this is a must to go to. Outstanding location and Decour owners very personable. Make this your breakfast stop as often as possible you will not leave hungry or dissatisfied. Five stars!

Stopped here on the way to Delavan. I had the poached eggs with bone-in ham and my husband had the house omelet. He said it was the very best omelet he has ever eaten, and, my ham was divine. Service was awesome. The waitress kept coming by asking us if we wanted coffee refills. Will return when in the area. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because I saw a bit of rubbish on the ground.

They have a wide variety of good breakfast dishes, but their pancakes are the best I’ve ever had. I tried to ask the owner what the secret was, but she only said it was an old family recipe. Whatever they do to them, it works!

Had breakfast here this morning. Daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes but didn’t want that many. So she tried to order the kids portion. No go. I understand to a degree. However seems like you loose more customers that way. Wife hot omlette. Was decent. I ordered eggs over medium. Came over easy. Have yet to find anyplace that knows how to cook eggs correctly. Seating was slow. And wait staff reflected that. Over all middle if the road breakfast place.

Every now and then we leave Alsip, today we delivered a golf cart to e. Troy Wisconsin, and on the way back we stopped at Antonia’s in Paddock Lake, I ordered a New York Strip and eggs and Daisy ordered dice ham and scrambled eggs, and they were both GREAT the prices are fair, the portions are large the wait staff were all very nice, we felt at home. Too bad it’s not 80 miles closer, but only being like 5 – 7 miles west of Rt 94, anytime I’m heading north or back south, that will be our stopping point for Great breakfast or lunch

Really did not like this place. I found it to be dirty, and a very strong mildew smell. The food was at best edible, but loaded with grease, and the service was some of the worst I’ve had in a long time.

Great, classic Greek diner food. Consistently delicious whether it’s breakfast or lunch food. Awesome homemade ranch. Fast and friendly service. Monday through Friday specials are reasonably priced and great deals for soup and sandwich combos.

Not a fan of this place. Promised land wasn’t exactly great, but was better than this. Have been here few times and nothing has ever been very good. Omelette’s are fluffy but almost like they are filled with marshmallows. Just weird. I couldn’t take more than a few bites. Everything else is just so so at best. I would recommend 45 diner in Bristol over this place any day.

Great breakfast place & crazy fast service. Omelette’s are on the small side but tasted fantastic! 10 minutes from order to table. Will definitely be back soon!

Finally! A great place in Paddock lake, Wi for breakfast! We suffered for years with the last establishment in this location. I think I seriously did a little jig when I saw the new sign replace the old one with the new name AND new owners. This detail is important because in my old neighborhood in Chicago, there is a family that keeps opening and closing new restaurants in the same location but under different names as well as cuisines. Huh? How can you go from being an expert at Mexican food one year, to Italian the next? The new owner here really gets it. While the interior resembles the last place, the food and service is on another level! We were greeted promptly and seated immediately. Our waitress was a sweetheart with her informative breakfasty banter and attentiveness throughout our meal. The food came out fast and was delicious! I highly recommend the Paddock lake skillet made with bell peppers, onion, tomato and fresh avocado! On our way out, we had the honor of meeting the owner and I can tell you first hand this restaurant is his pride and joy. He has put his heart into this place and it certainly shows. So if you’re looking for an outstanding restaurant diner experience in Paddock Lake, this is the place!

EGG-CELLENT A few months ago this location got a new name and a sign that said«under new owners». At first, I wasn’t sure about this place. The old location was called«The Promised Land» and it was just terrible. In fact, we last stepped foot in here to eat about 10 years ago. So much for it being Promised. It was Sunday morning and we woke up with an empty fridge. We laid in bed and started working the Unilocal App. Where were we going to eat? We kept going back and forth, then when my wife suggested we go here. We were definitely going into uncharted territory considering no one had ever reviewed this restaurant. We pulled into the parking lot at 8am and there was only one car in the lot. My wife suggested we could go somewhere else. I looked at her and said«I’m parked, were going in.» We walked in and all the waitresses were wearing football jerseys. I joked with my wife and said, «Please give us a Bears Waitress!» Luckily we got a Bear, so that made me feel good. Our waitress was also really nice too. She was very patient with us as we studied the menu. She kept checking on us and after her third visit back we finally were ready to order. I must tell you that the prices are great and the portions are even bigger. If you’re looking for a decent quality breakfast, then this is the place. I ordered the House Omelette which had ham, peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheddar & mozzarella cheese. It also came with mushrooms but I asked to have those omitted. I’m not really a mushroom fan. It also came with hash browns, which I ordered crispy and I also had a choice of pancakes or toast. Personally pancakes always wins that battle for me. That was a lot of food for just $ 7.75. The rest of my crew ordered a Skillet breakfast that was loaded with hash browns, veggies & eggs. Again there was a choice of pancakes or toast. And pancakes took a commanding 2 – 0 lead. Sorry toast but your toast. My little one got a feast for $ 3.75. She got two sunny side eggs, 2 bacon, hash browns and toast. That’s the best deal ever. I want a kids meal next time. Pancakes wasn’t offered as choice for the kids meal, even though the little one tried claiming one of the two side pancake plates as part of her breakfast. Smart kid! Our food arrived very quickly. I also want to note that the restaurant was starting to fill up slowly. We may have been one of the first ones in but we weren’t alone anymore. My breakfast was really good. I ate my hash browns first and they were they way I like them. I then moved on to my pancakes and enjoyed every bite. Finally I moved on to the my omelette and it was delicious. I loved at how fluffy and juicy it was on the inside. It was cooked perfectly. I’m very picky when it comes to breakfast because I’m the family breakfast chef but I will gladly hand over my frying pan to the cooks here any morning. My wives skillet was really good. She gave me 3 bites. I was really surprised she was sharing it with me because it was very good. My little one was very quiet which is a sign that the food is good. A silent kid at the table is a happy kid. She really wants a Unilocal account and after eating her breakfast she would give this place 5 stars. We didn’t meet the cooks but we were able to see them cooking in the kitchen. One of them gave us a smile and a wave as we left. I thought that was really cute. We also stopped to talk to the owner, Spiro. I wanted to tell him how happy I was he opened up his restaurant here. He seemed a little quiet at first. I think he thought I was going to complain. I told him I’m sure everyone only tells him bad things but today I was going to tell him nice things. He seemed to crack a smile. He then opened up to us and was really proud to tell us he bought the building, installed new carpeting, put on a new roof & upgraded with a new kitchen. We also learned that he owned Squire Restaurant in Antioch, IL for 24 years but was forced out of his business when Walgreens bought the land. Again corporate greed wins over family business. Walgreens already had a location across the street which now sits vacant. So Antioch’s loss is Paddock Lakes gain. It took me 10 years but I’ve finally found the Promised Land and its Antonia’s Pancake House. Such a great addition to the town and welcome to the hood.
