I was on business in Pearl Harbor in 25 to 31 July 2009, and as i was using my ATM card to make a $ 200 withdrawal, my wife called on my cel and by the time i got the phone answered 15 seconds later it stole my $ 200 by sucking the cash back into the slot. there is no notice of what happened to it on screen. but I checked that night I am still trying to get my money back and meet all the terms of their «dispute» process requirements. calling several times and sending my check register and providing all the details, as well as their confirmation that it happened, and happens frequently for «security» reasons. has not been enough get my $ 200 nor the $ 2.00 fee back. BoH needs to wise up and treat out of town tourists and business persons as well as the do locals. all they would need to do is go to a local branch to ask for their money back. BoH insists on a formal written and signed «dispute». Aargh JimS
