My burger was just barely warm. I was there for lunch on tuesday and my burger wasn’t good. I will not be back to this Carl’s untill they start offering HOT burgers. It is no wonder that this Carl’s is NOT busy at any time that I have visited it. The burgers are never hot.

Carls jr staff is always friendly My first encounter was with Chris very friendly took our order and repeated back, when I recieved my burger I realized that it was not right Chris apologised and had it fixed which we both thought solved the problem… wrong I brought it back up to counter to get additude from andrea’ tossing my burger down on the counter and very upset that she had to redue. She put so much mustard on I couldn’t eat it and decided it wasn’t worth the trip back up. I don’t think Saturday is a good day to go because of all the young additude. So thanks Carls jr I will be going other places on Saturday

I don’t care for Carl’s Jr. or fast food joints like these. I don’t really care for fast food hamburgers. I got the $ 1.29 spicy chicken sandwich and it was fine. My parents got all-​natural hamburgers. We stopped here on our way back from Death Valley to Las Vegas.

Good food, nice staff, but, CARL please listen. You have a system wide deficiency in presentation. In CA, NV, multiple locations, the sandwiches always look like they were sloppily thrown together while they were inside a washing machine, and then they were stepped on, and wrapped up. Seriously, I don’t like putting the sandwich back together and fluffing it up before I eat it.

This is a franchised store and is really well run. Consistent and delicious, the staff actually cares. This is so much better than your average Carls!
