No show even talked to them 6 hours ago and the lady said they would be here lady was extremely rude when making the appointment in the beginning of the week

We just had our heat pump/​air conditioner serviced by JonAire’s representative this morning. (This property is in Pahrump, Nevada.). Not only was he here when he stated he would be here, but he did not try to find additional costs to tack on to our bill. That was a delight. We are more than happy with the service we received from JonAire and if we need service in the future, that’s who we will be calling

Amazing service. They make appointments and are ON TIME to their appointments… they don’t give you some ridiculous 4 hour window of time and keep you waiting. They even have same day appointments. Reasonable prices and amazing customer service. Eric was great. Highly recommend them! This is my first time using Unilocal,their service was that great that it motivated me to join just so I could write a review !

I just wish I could give these people more than five stars.
The fan motor in our central air system died, leaving us with no air conditioning in 110 degree weather.
I called Jonaire at 8AM, and by 10AM a technician came and put in a new motor at very reasonable cost. We’re now cool and comfortable again.
And on top of that, the technician was a very friendly and interesting guy.
I generally only write reviews to complain about bad stuff, but this business is really as good as it gets, and they deserve a kudo. The world would be a much better place if more businesses were like this.
