We’ve been to all the fireworks stores in Pahrump and a bunch around the country and this place is miserable. Their specials are fake! Buy one get two free is just a scam to get you to buy three of the same thing when you only want one!
The employees seem to try to help but they don’t really know what they’re talking about. I felt like I could’ve given them a lesson in fireworks.
Also they don’t offer the signature phantom bonus program so if you want freebies you’re out of luck. No freebies really takes away the reason anybody goes phantom anyway right?
I don’t recommend this place. Head over to Red Apple Fireworks instead.

Went to phantom fireworks after a bad experience at Red Apple was helped out by one of their staff everybody knew all of their specials everything was clearly priced great deals going on right now I suggest everybody stock up while they still got some left the Excalibur set is exquisite and the 3 inch single shot are really nice had to try some to see what they were like and if you buy $ 25 in gas before you go that day show him the receipt and they give you a nice repeater finally a place that appreciates a customer

Been coming to Pahrump since 2000 to buy fireworks. Phantom has treated me the best. there was a short time where we lived in Colorado and would goto the Wyoming border and had a phantom there as well.
gotta tell you. 2 years ago thought would shop around Pahrump to look at other stores selections and prices. decided to try Black Cat. That was a giant mistake. they were very similair in prices however alot of the fireworks turned out to be duds. Last year tried Red Apple and there prices were just too high. This year we went to Area 51, whom by the way when calling them told us they had a store wide 3 for 1 sale. which was false. Went their and there prices averaged 40% more than Phantom. Area 51 big thing was buy one get one. VS phantom is buy one get 2 free. Big difference.
Phantom has treated us right since we started going for our fireworks for the last 15 years. We are completely satisfied with them. Of course you will get the youngsters that dont know fireworks. its like that at all the stores. but at the same time their is always someone their that knows which is the best… This year (2015) cause of their buy 1 get 2 free, this will be the biggest bang yet at our house. We will have the best firework display on the block… Thanks Phantom for making us happy customers.

I live in Vegas and head up to Pahrump every year usually twice a year for fireworks. Phantom is the first and only stop I make. I’ve been to all the other ones in town and none of them are nearly as good as Phantom.
There are a bunch of signs along the interstate for the other fireworks shops but you only have to look for one. Phantom Fireworks. Their building is purple and has a big tall yellow sign right in front. And it’s right on the main road so now driving through town turning all which way to find it.
When you walk in they will give you an application for a Phantom card. If you already have one they just swipe it and you’re ready to shop. They usually have someone there to explain all the amazing deals they have. All the stuff in the store except for the Excalibur mortar set is buy one get two free. But you don’t have to get three of the same product, just anything that has the same price. This way it give you an awesome selection and allows you to get a lot of different effects and types of works. putting the price rating on this was hard. Some people go and buy a few things, and some people like me buy a few hundred dollars worth of stuff.
Their store is always so clean and organized and all the same types of fireworks are right by each other. Also, don’t forget to check out the selection of safety fuse and Phantom merchandise hey have. One more thing to keep in mind is have something to light them with. They sell these sticks that burn for up to 45 minutes and will always light your fuses. The cashiers are always really friendly and fun and will suggest some other products to you not necessarily for more business but so you can really enjoy your fireworks show.
Fourth of July, New Years, birthdays, it doesn’t matter the occasion I’d definitely recommend Phantom for all your fireworks needs.

I love fireworks… Phantom has flat out the best prices in town. Area 51 is a very good second option if Phantom has closed up early for the day. Every year I attend the Inter bike trade show in Las Vegas. Phantom is about 50 miles or so outside of Vegas. The first time I entered Phantom i fell in love lol! The staff is friendly and helpful. Right now everything is buy one get TWO for FREE. That is whats up. They do not call the police on you. In fact I got caught speeding on the way back to Vegas and the officer did not arrest me and did not confiscate my fireworks. I did tell him I was going to the Moapa Indian reservation to light them off. 50 Miles outside of Vegas in the opposite direction.

If you’re looking to get fireworks: know what you’re doing.
\If you buy fireworks in Pahrump, be aware that there is only one location in the whole county where you can set them off at and that’s at Alamo (You can only fire at Alamo if you buy at Alamo). You have to sign a waiver that says you need to leave the county in 24 hours but Clark County and California are clearly not options because of their laws regarding fireworks (I’m not sure about Esmerelda county).
My advice: just go to Alamo and save yourself the hassle. The prices are cheap and they have a big selection but it only helps if you can light them.

Stopped here on a whim before our descent into Death Valley… a lot of fireworks here, but with signs that they are illegal (especially in the desert) is a bit odd. We waited until we got further south before we used them.
Good selection, but people have told me that these people will snitch on a dime if need be. Watch out.

Do not buy fireworks here. They will take your money then tell the police who you are and arrest you.

Time for a new review… One of the best places in town to get your bang for your buck. The staff here is always great and willing to show you videos of what each of the big items in the store do. They know a lot about all the items they carry and can tell you what will give the the best show for your money.

Came here when on vacation and got some sparklers and fountains. Staff was nice and showed us the different types of fireworks. Very nice staff. Love this store. Cool stuff here recommend this place. Stay safe with fireworks.

Everything is buy-​one-​get-​one-​free! I love this place! I could spend $ 500 in here in 5 minutes. There’s an amazeballs selection, stuff I’ve never seen anywhere else. I love it.

I LOVE Phantom Fireworks!!! I’ve been coming here for years now and have always been treated well. Most people from California come out to Pahrump to buy fireworks, because I don’t really know where else we would get our fireworks from if we didn’t.
They have great prices, specials, coupons, and added on bonuses for every dollar you spend all year round. Also, after spending $ 450 (which is super easy to do) you become a VIP premier member and get all sorts of insane bonuses like free assortments.
That’s right, I’m a premier member and get tons of crazy free shit every time I go. Oh yea and everything is buy 1 get 1 free, sometimes even get 2 free!!! I’ve loved everything I’ve ever bought here, it always makes for great shows in my neighborhood, lol. All of Phantom’s products are top quality and do not disappoint.
The workers here are super nice and friendly, and have always been really helpful. They even help me carry and miraculously fit all of my fireworks into my car. Some words of advice are to not take the Baker shortcut to get here or leave here, just take the 15 to Blue Diamond Rd, unless you want to go to jail, lol.
