Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We’ve been there many times and most of the time it’s ok. Last night I ordered 3 smoothies the only one that tasted right was the the mocha That one was the biggest problem. I asked for decaf. And went to sleep at 4 in the morning. I called and asked for the store manager and was given a shift manager. She said «what do you want a free smoothie «no I want a manager she said change of manager so no one to talk to. At there price and service not recommended

Fantastic smoothies and great prices! They have wraps/​sandwiches which they can prepare with vegan «beyond chicken» — would like to try their sandwiches next time. Friendly and efficient staff, plenty big parking lot.

Refreshing to see some healthy choices in the Pahrump area. Ordered the detox for the ginger. It was pretty good not the best I’ve had but not the worst I wish it had more ginger but overall I enjoyed it and would return

Sadly, most of the vegan options are no longer on the menu. Seems the food quality isn’t what it used to be either. I miss the previous incentive programs too. No longer my go to place in Pahrump. Heavy sigh.

We go here once in awhile. It’s usually just okay. Today we went and the food was good, but my mom found a hair in her salad which was gross. Why don’t they have to wear hair nets in this place?

Horrible service. I won a punch card for free smoothies for a year at this location. I went in a week after I won it in a raffle and all they said was «we don’t accept these anymore» what a joke. The card had no expiration date and I had only received it a week ago. It was only valid at this pahrump location and I read the card and nothing on it indicated that I couldn’t use it. Even if they don’t honor it «anymore» they should still honor the ones they gave away. It was unbelievable. What horrible management. my family and I are never going to this trop smoothie again.

I like the food and having an alternative to fried foods and burgers in Pahrump, however there are some serious issues with staffing. Where I work we call in orders for lunch regularly to several restaurants in Pahrump, this is the only sandwich place that will tell us, we are too busy to take your order over the phone, you must come in to order. If they aren’t busy they are happy to accommodate our phone in order, but that is kind of hit and miss.
When they are busy it can be quite a wait for food and smoothies. The staff tend to be courteous and hard working and the quality is good, though little things are inconsistent such as sandwiches may or may not be cut in half. The restaurant is clean and the staff does a good job of keeping the dining area tidy.

Great place for healthy fast food. Really good breakfasts too! Oddly, no orange juice is available, and they’re no longer open 24 hours a day as they were when the opened up last year, but still a great place with a really friendly staff.

Apparently Tropical Smoothie does NOT deliver to my address. I’m not on the fringe of Pahrump. It takes like 15 – 20 minutes at most to drive anywhere in Pahrump yet they don’t deliver to my address. That is bull. I won’t be ordering from Tropical Smoothie when I am in town running errands.

The supreme club was good but it was supposed to have chipotle mayo on it. It came with a very small amount of reg mayo. Overpriced for the small amount of food served.

Best place in Pahrump to eat healthy at an affordable price! Open 24 hours too! Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Fresh salads and sandwiches at a price you can afford!
