DONOTAND I REPEATDONOT go to the Verizon wireless store out here. My boyfriend went there on a Friday morning wanting to get a SPECIFIC phone, he already had his mind set. First off one of the employees approached him and asked what he was looking for and my boyfriend told him. The sales rep continues to question why he wanted that phone and tried selling him a different phone, and later we found out it was because they didn’t have that phone in stock and would have to order it. So finally they tell my boyfriend that they can order the phone HEORIGINALLYWANTEDINTHEFIRSTPLACE in which he’s done tons of research on already, and told him it would be there Monday. Well come Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday… IT’S NOTTHERE! Finally by Thursday they have it. He goes in, they up sell him on some fancy plan with extra gigs, whatever. Pays his $ 200 for the bill and leaves. Now over a week later, they call and say they«forgot» to get a copy of his ID. So I go down there and give them his ID then BAM! Icing on the cake they hit us with ANOTHER $ 200 bill because he «forgot» to charge him another fee for a down payment. You seriously have to be kidding me. Not everyone has $ 200 to pull out of their pocket out of nowhere. We were prepared to buy the phone at whatever cost the day we went there for the initial purchase, not over a week later. If anyone has a Verizon phone or is considering changing, go to Vegas to a Verizon, don’t go to the one out here. HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE!!!
