This place was great! They had $ 1 street tacos, drink specials & a Kobe burger which was delicious. Service was outstanding! The outdoor patio was very comfy. I will be back.

The people giving this place five stars are nuts. We were staying at Pala, and thought that after six months, something would have changed. Not a while lot did, at least for the better. They do have chips and salsa now, but the salsa is atrocious. It’s a really bad canned product. Someone did come over and take our order pretty quickly, which was nice. However, he disappeared, never to be seen again. After a couple of minutes, the manager stopped by. Sounds good, right? It would be, except it was clear that he anticipated that things weren’t going to work out, and instead of managing his staff, he came to do it himself. I ordered a Cadillac margarita, on the rocks with salt. This is a staple cocktail, and it was executed horrendously. It was clearly the cheapest well product. My girlfriend get a regular margarita, blended. It was probably the same thing, a nd not even blended well… it was liquid with a layer of slush. I sent mine back and got a beer instead. Our food was already on the way, and finally arrived. The cheese quesadilla was soggy with oil from cheap cheese. The mini chimichangas were NOT chimichangas… it looks like they made them in a pan and didn’t even let them sit long enough on the other side. It took multiple requests to get a glass of water. The whole time, far too many staff are wandering around far too few tables(they have about a dozen tables that are way too big, with ridiculously enormous chairs, and are wasting at least six more seats). Everyone looks really busy, but isn’t actually accomplishing anything. Their hands were empty almost all of the time. We watched them serve one person at another table, then minutes later the rest of the table. The first guy let his food go cold while waiting for everyone else to be served. This place is a perfect demonstration of failed management. I’ll bet anyone the manager is a juiced-in tribe member and has never managed any part of a bar or restaurant or service organization before. Jon Taffer would tear this place apart. NOTHING is right here. Next time, we’ll follow our first instinct… drive a few miles down the road to El Rey.

Been coming to Pala for so many years — what really kept me coming back was their Choices Buffet, but today we decided to try something new. Luis Rey’s has a great back patio lounge and bar. Looks like a place that gets jam packed(we just so happen to come at the right time). We were craving for JUST nachos but we ended up buying their chicken quesadilla and truffle fries in addition to their nachos. Everything was just as we expected — delicious! The food came in a great portion(family style) and they loaded everything with an even ratio. I ordered their Spicy Mango drink which I give a 10⁄10. You ever had a Vero Mango paleta before? Well it was that in an alcohol/slushie texture and 10x better. My family loves making spontaneous trips out there so this is definitely going to be a new chill spot where we can hang out.

Burrito — all killer, no filler. For real. All beef, great amount of cheese. No rice or beans to ruin things. Protein choice. Nachos — cheese. Cheese. Cheese everywhere. Real wonderful cheese. Coconut shrimp — this is what you want in a coconut shrimp. Crispy, sweet, spicy. It’s all there.

We went tonight for the first time and loved it! Outdoor patio and lounge style dining with a lot of really great small plate choices. Way more fun to be able to get five different things to share versus one meal each. The ahi carnitas was seriously amazing! It’s ahi instead of pork but probably better and healthier! Top it off with great service by great people and big piece of cake! We will be back for sure.

The service here is terrible. Our waiter gave us our drinks and we tried 30 minutes to try to flag her down again to order food. We couldn’t even pay for our bill because she never came to our table again. We ended up just getting pizza next door because we couldn’t even order anything.

This bar is awesome. It has a great outdoor and casual feel and the food is delicious. The coconut shrimp is yummy. On Saturdays there is live music.

I ordered the Kobe Burger tonight from the Luis Rey restaurant at Pala Casino and it was just okay. The quality of the meat was great, but the tomato and lettuce(if you call that lettuce) didn’t pair well with the burger! They used yellow tomatoes and micro greens… wtf? Whatever happened to just regular red tomatoes and ice berg lettuce? I also felt like it was missing some seasoning. The bun should have been a sweet Hawaiian roll and that would have topped it off! Maybe an aioli or BBQ sauce would be fantastic too! I believe they were trying to build height, but they failed with those yellow tomatoes! A onion ring would have been way better if they were trying to build height in the burger! The truffle french fries were exceptional though! The ambiance was very loud and noisy due to the band they had playing which caused a complete inconvenience with communication towards the company you were with and the server! You literally had to yell at each other and the server in order to hear anything! The volume should be turned down a tad and it would be fine. I would rather talk to the people I’m with then stare at them due to me not being able to hear anything!

They do not let kids sit on the lounge area. It’s 21 and over and they have live music every Friday and Saturday. The food is average bar food the service is poor. They have great TVs to watch any game all over the lounge area. Order the drink skinny margarita asked for no salt it came with salt and it was the wrong margarita, The way they did apologize but did not do anything about it. I will definitely not be coming to this place for food or drinks. The selection of drinks and beer is also very limited.

This is one of the new restaurants that Pala Casino has opened this past month. This by far is the best place to get amazing food and amazing service! I recommended trying a few of their speciality cocktails, my boyfriend loves their raspberry mojito and street tacos. Myself I love the atmosphere and the lounge style open seating. The Kobe burger is top notch!!! They have a great happy hour! Fidel is a great server! Every time we have been here he gives excellent attention and service! Definitely a new favorite!!! Can’t wait to try the Cave!!!

Stopped in a couple weeks ago & were pleasantly surprised. We caught a happy hour special for $ 1 street tacos & they were soooooo good! The $ 3 margaritas weren’t the best but we’d go back just for the tacos anyway! Staff was very friendly & the manager even made the rounds checking on customers & making sure everyone was happy & satisfied. The outdoor setting was also very pretty, the terrace was surrounded by woods & plant life, decked out with nice furniture, heaters, & fire pits. Great little spot, we’ll definitely be back :)

We were looking for a drink and some appetizers for lunch and Luis Rey’s looked comfortable on a Friday afternoon. The sliders were not just small burgers but really the best I’ve eaten. While the coconut shrimp might have been oily, they were plump, «tasty-oily“and we savored every bite. Isaac the bartender was great. Luis Rey’s was a nice surprise. We’ll be back.

It’s a outside patio style lunge bar & live music. You can order some appraiser or order food from the food court & even the noodle bar and have it here at Your table. There are 5 – 6 big screen TV that will show your favorite game. We end up watching TB beat the New York Ranger in eastern conference final hockey game. My wife order the food from the Noodle Noodle & they deliver it here in the Luis Rey’s lunge patio, with nice live music and beautiful evening we both enjoyed our night out. I like the set up and the ambience.

I like the place. They have those space heaters outside in case it’s chilly and a happy hour featuring $ 1 street tacos(slightly spicy) and margarita specials. There are about 5 seats at the bar that are inside the food court area, the rest are outdoors. From the sign, it states they open at 11am daily and then the closing time depends on the day of the week, staying open until 2pm on weekends. Nice place to sit outside and listen to some music to take a break from the bells and whistles of the casino floor. Enjoy!
