Large portions, but the food is rather bland. The onion rings were soggy and the ranch tasted more like mayo. The Italian sandwich would be good if there wasn’t so much bread on it and it had more seasoning. I think I will order a lettuce-wrapped sandwich next time. Plus it ser me back over $ 15.

Awkwardly located across pala café but you’re all family so it’s ok. Love this place because the portions are HUGE and food always comes out fresh and hot so it might take awhile for you to get your order especially if they’re busy. Definitely worth the bang for your buck though. I love burgers, sandwiches and fries in general(especially when i’m craving it) so the more the merrier. Highly recommend the halibut burger, fries, regular fries and yam(sweet potato) fries. Real fresh halibut. So good. Everything always comes with a giant pickle on the side. Perfect because the burgers are light on flavor especially the chicken. Bar and outside seating available. Took off one star because i was served wet limp yam fries a couple of times. Trying to tell me something? Other than that, great place to grab a quick bite to eat because when you’re gambling especially when you’re on a roll, you want something quick and fresh. You don’t want to leave that seat.

We’ve been eating here for years and the portion sizes have shrunken and quality of the food has gone down a bit but the prices have steadily increased. My husband and I used to be able to share the deli club because it was so much food. The side of fries was a huge portion. It would take up its own to-go container in the largest size they have and now it’s down to the smallest container they have. The club used to be packed with meat but the portions have really shrunken. With all that being said, I think it’s the best thing the Deli has to offer. The pizza is not very good. Don’t get me wrong, it’s edible, but for the price, you would expect something much better. The foot long hotdog is very god and its big enough to share. The onion rings we got today weren’t the slightest bit crispy.

This place is ok. Nothing for me to brag about. Food is just ok. Portions are big. I’ve tried their hamburger, chili cheese fries, club sandwich, hotdogs and roast beef sandwich(not all in one sitting) and it just tastes ok. Not bad but not good, just ok.

This place is pretty good if you’re looking to grab a quick snack. We were in a hurry since we had limited time before the show start and decided to stop by here. The line was surprisingly long, but it moved very quickly. Got the grilled cheese w/sweet potato fries. I asked for the grilled cheese on wheat bread and surprisingly the sweet potato fries were really enjoyable since I don’t usually eat fries. I totally recommend it! P. s. It also comes with a slice of pickle which did it for me because I’ve been craving it for several days: P

Warning!!! Don’t eat the pastrami it’s like eating leather. Talk to the supervision Jose, and to his credit he did offer a second free sandwich. I ordered the turkey sandwich, to go. This sandwich was very dry.

Their pastrami sandwiches & fries are delicious. Decided to try their vietnamese cold bbq pork sandwich since I was craving a bahn mi sandwich. Uugh… how disappointing & their sweet potato fries sucked too! The pickled veggies on the sandwich was good but the meat was a big disappointment. .and it had a strange sauce unlike other sandwiches… go to Lees. I’m not sure if it was just a fluke but the sweet potato fries were a real strange color… and I could honestly say they were the worst I’ve ever tasted. Next time I will stick with a safe choice pastrami or hot dog/chili dog & french fries.

The hot dog is big. it is enough for two people. Overall it was ok. It filled the need. Place is open 24 hours so your hungry cravings can be satisfied anytime of the day.

Went to Pala last night with the family. After a night of gambling, I decided to try my luck at the Promenade Deli, a small diner inside the casino. I ordered the pastrami sandwich and fries. It was pretty good and a big portion. It easily feed 2 people. The staff was awesome, and the chef working was super nice and attentive. I wasn’t able to catch his name, but hats off to the chef working that night ;)

Remember, this is a deli and not a full fledged restaurant. I think this is something that people forget, and when reviewing anything I like to keep that in consideration. That said, this is a great place to eat after you’re done winning or losing your hard earned cash at Pala. I come to Pala Casino with my friends quite a bit, and they have a variety of food items to choose from. We have had the pizza, sweet potato fries, burgers, chili cheese fries and the club sandwich. All of the food we have had is good, as far as deli food goes. I was surprised how good the pizza was though. We have ordered it twice, and both times it tasted great and the crust had a good crunch and flavor. Better than some pizza joints surprisingly. Sometimes all you have available is the Promenade Deli for food, and it’s not a bad place to go. If your a high roller and have enough points on your card, you can use those to pay for your meal.

Aside from the pricey-ness of the food, we love this place because of the large portions and the savory options they have. We usually get the patty melt with fries but we recently tried the Italian Grinder. It’s huge and is very delicious with all the meats paired with mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Here’s their menu:
This is a great spot for grabbing a quick bite without a lot of hassle and low prices. I actually found that the quality of the food here was some of the best at Pala. If you need a quick bite to go(and the deli is open) I would definitely recommend it over the Café. Sure, it’s not an authentic NY style, but it’s pretty good. The food is definitely better quality than the Café and cheaper. I also like that you can grab a single beer to go, or to enjoy while waiting for your food. They have a nice assortment of condiments, which anyone will tell you is critical to good deli food. Crinkle cut fries? Not a fan. Onion rings are legit though.
