After not going to this Burger King since last Summer we decided to stop by on the night of the Super Bowl for some take out Whoppers. The place was deserted and the crew had a person cleaning floors. We ordered 2BK Cheese Whoppers with a «Buy One Get One Free» BK Coupon. We asked for cheese on both Whoppers. When we got home we saw NO cheese on BOTH Whoppers. When I opened the sandwiches I saw very sparse tomato, onion and a little mayonnaise and hardly anything else. The burgers were not at all fresh flame broiled as they tasted like they were sitting on the side for quite awhile. The meat sort of crumbled and that is not a good sign. When we got done I called them on the phone and complained that there was no cheese on either sandwich so the person said to come back next day and get a refund. I went there on Monday and got my money back for the missing cheese and some other charge for the burgers when you buy one and get one free. All in all I was refunded a little over $ 2 and that was fine with me. Burger Kings used to always make fresh burgers and to miss a simple thing like cheese? The crew had nobody in there. Will not go back for a long time as we were very disappointed. The manager the next day offered 2 free cheese whoppers but I had other commitments so I got my missing cheese money refunded and I just will not be back till I hear that they are making the Whoppers like they used to with heavy onion, tomato, and condiments. This place was good awhile back but apparently they lost the recipe for the Whopper as it used to be. Now I wonder if the person cleaning floors washed his hands before going to the food area?

No freestyle machine yet is a big no-no. They still have old soda fountains. minus 2 star for that oversight on their part Food was cooked perfectly. Cookies were dry and crumbly when I bit into them. Minus 1 star for that Service was nice/friendly

First time at this BK. Used the Drive Thru. Fast friendly service. Order was correct. Food was still hot when I got home and was tasty!

This might be the absolute worst bk ever. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY! Everything has a layer of filth. Staff is horribly slow. Non of them has a clue what they’re doing. Not a clue. Not sure if it’s a language thing, but they’re horrible. Someone needs to come in and fix this place. It’s a nightmare.

This is by far the worst BK that Ive every been to. I have order from BK in Palatine maybe once every month or 2 because I’l have a craving for something BK every so often. I’, m done with this place
The Service is horrendous, slow, spanish first language English second, the place is always empty(not hard to wonder why) I mean at high noon no one ! and it is filthy, the soda machine is always filthy.(i always pass on the soda because of that),

they are really slow for bk. sometimes they are slow because they cook their food for you, or they just take their sweetass time reheating it on mircowave; either way, they are slow.

I like to stop in the morning on the way to work because you can get a iced mocha Venti size for $ 2.00 and it is good! I would not recommend this location because the garbage in the drive thru is rarely emptied, the people move very slowly in the morning and if their is a car in front of you your wait will probably be 5 min. They are not quick and the food is Burger King. I have also had issues with getting my order wrong then blaming me. If there is another Burger King location on your route i would recommend that one.
