Subway

The ingredients are always fresh & the customer service is outstanding! I’ve been here around 5 – 6 times and each time this location does an exceptional job! The place is always clean as well. By far the best subway I’ve been to!

I normally don’t write up a subway, but this one deserves it. I was up in Chicago for Thanksgiving week and stopped in this Subway at the last minute. I had a turkey breast sandwich. I was expecting the usual subway experience and have a decent meal. Two things were different with this sandwich. The wheat bread was baked perfect. I think it had the perfect texture. I like it on the slightly firm side and most subways have just ok bread (softer). Then (this could be a Chicago thing), they had a veggie option of Giardiniera peppers!!! These peppers on anything brings food up a notch. It was fantastic on my turkey sandwich. The guy making my sandwich was fast and friendly. Next time I’m up visiting the family, I’m definitely stopping by here.

The location is clean and the ingredients appear to be fresh. However, I went in and ordered a featured sub — the Chipotle Chicken Melt with Guacamole — and was informed that there would be a 75 cent charge for the guacamole on the 6 inch sandwich. I pointed to the promotional sign, which said that guacamole was included, and was told that it was not. I then said that even the name of the sub says that it comes WITH guacamole. I was asked if I wanted a different sub. I was not buying that sandwich for myself, so I reluctantly paid the extra charge and left. When I returned home, I called a few other Subways in town, and each lotion said that guacamole did indeed come on the sub at no extra charge. Buyer beware!

Like every other Subway. It’s clean. The only bad part is that phone reception is spotty in there (AT&T) and no TVs. So bring something to read or a friend unless you like eating while having no distractions.

Like some of the other subways i been too… clean, busy… in a strip mall with ample parking… the signage should be better but not too bad.
Otherwise nothing too particular about this… friendly staff and seemed in good spirits even. Maybe cause it was a friday…
