Chipotle

Went here to pick up lunch today. It was busy so there was a bit of a line, but this was expected due to a promotion going on. The employees were friendly and hard working. The burrito was good, on par with other Chipotle’s I have tried. If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be, I found the music inside to be too loud. I was just picking up so it was ok, but it would be a little bothersome if I was dining in. Other than that, good experience!

I love chipotle but I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this chipotle. Worst service ever. There were at least 20 people in line, the 2 of the 4 workers were working on an online order, one worker was taking a customer complaint (clearly due to the situation going on) and the last worker didn’t know how to use the registers. Also, the pinto beans looked dry and crusted over. Like the tub has been sitting out there for days. And the counter space was dirty and the workers didn’t seem bothered by it at all. I was there during my lunch hour to enjoy a meal and I, along, with 20 other people will not get to enjoy our lunch bc we had to wait 20min just so we could get some food. They need more people during the lunch rush hour. I will not be coming back to this location ever again.

I have stopped a few times at this location and many other chipotles. It gets very busy during lunch, but that normal specially since they are new.
I always get my usual salad bowl with chicken. First 3 times they served me the proper amount. The last time I went I hardly had anything in my bowl and I was disappointed because chipotle is can be pricey, so I expect to get what I paid for.
I also noticed one of the gentlemen in the assembly line was not wrapping the burritos properly at all. I felt bad for the guy next to me because when he opened that it was for sure going to spill everywhere.
I will return because I love chipotle and it’s one of the options very close to my job. And I will speak up this time if I see them not put proper amounts even if I look like the snobby customer because I’m not! But I want what I pay for.

Room for improvement but hoping time will help with food prep issues. Glad they have come to Palatine.

Wow this is a horrible location. I gave them a lot of time before trying them out and they still disappoint. I’ll be eating at Pie 5 next door instead.

This chipotle served the worst burrito bowl i ever had. I ordered a carry out burroto bowl chicken. chicken was way overcooked and burnt. black beans were not cooked properly.
may be this location has opened recently but this cannot be provided as excuse.
employees working at this location has to improvise on the quality of product … i had been to this chipotle on ⁸⁄₁₂ around 8.50 pm.

What can I say, Chipotle is Chipotle. Great «fast food» and it’s the same and or consistent in every location. This location is brand new to the area. It is very small and they do have an outside eating area. I was greeted right away. I knew what I wanted so I placed my order and went down the assembly line. I have eaten at many different Chipotles and I was very disappointed with my meal today. I should have said something but there were people behind me. The second stop in the assembly line was very frugal with my rice and grilled veggies, the third stop wasn’t any better, I hardly got salsa or beans, the only stop who I was ok with was the cheese, lettuce sour cream and guac stop. She gave me plenty. I understand paying extra for extra meat but not for the rice and other toppings. I normally have enough for 2 meals in my bowl but I hardly had enough for one. It might be because the employees are new but next time I go for lunch I will mAke sure they give me more rice. For $ 10.00 I was very disappointed with my visit today. Besides the girl who greeted me and the girl who checked me out no one else was friendly. Not every Chipotle is the same after all.
