Valvoline Instant Oil Change

BEWARE!!! Stay away from this place. My mother went in for a routine oil change. They suggested she get a fuel system cleaning as well. so she did. After everything was done and «good to go». She turns on her car and it starts shaking like never before. There’s black smoke coming out of the exhaust. The employees said to drive it to the corner and back, to give it gas because it’s just working through the system. As she drove, the car started shaking even harder until something blew under the hood. She barely made it back around until the car just completely shut off. They then realized the oil filter was not installed correctly & the oil had drained. They performed another oil change & again she was «good to go». Turns on car, same thing. Now the car is immovable. Waiting until the next day for a mechanic, they then told her she needed a new engine. Her car was in perfect condition when she drove in for just an oil change. Now Valvoline refuses to take responsibility for their actions. My mother now has to tow the car somewhere else while this establishment that is completely at fault does nothing for their customer. A customer that has been loyal to them for a very long time.
