Very good and clean facility. Moving carts are generally always available.
Both Magdalena and Tyconia were absolutely excellent in customer service. Tyconia went out of her way to answer all of my questions when I went in to take my storage space, she has an excellent and positive attitude and I really appreciated that.

I have to say that my experience here was fabulous. Magdalena was the name of the associate who helped me rent my unit and she was informative, kind, and answered every question I had. I am in the hospitality industry and I appreciate great customer service and I was not disappointed. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family

The best thing about this place is the friendly and helpful lady (Magdalena) who showed me all around the place. She was delightful and made the yawn-​inducing process of getting a storage unit much more enjoyable!!!
My problem and the reason for the low rating is that once you pick a unit and you’re doing the paperwork, you end up being forced to get insurance at a MINIMUM of $ 11 a month (there are higher amounts for increased insurance limits) and you’re forced to get THEIR lock… a $ 19 lock that is useless for anything else. I have high grade military locks that I could use but was told it had to be THEIR lock. The thing that upset me is that while moving my stuff in, I looked around and saw normal Master Lock locks on the majority of the units. So this must be a brand new rule and it’s a stupid one designed solely to make money and take advantage of the consumer. After all, you’re already being forced to add insurance to the price of the unit… that should cover the contents if THEIR place is broken into and someone breaks into your unit. A military grade lock should be sufficient. My last complaint is that they are overpriced. I rented the same size unit in New Smyrna Beach for $ 35 less. This place doesn’t even offer military discounts! I needed a storage unit right away so I didn’t have time to shop around much, but I will definitely be doing some comparison shopping once I have some time to see if I can find a better bargain.
