Only good if you have plenty of time to wait and wait and wait for food and everything else Wait staff nice But not a place to go unless you have a few hours to wait And don’t care if everyone’s food comes out at different times

I have not received any kind of email or phone calls from anyone at Friday’s as yet. I can no longer sit around and wait, while I have employees to pay and other critical business expenses to cover. We are still a relatively small business, and don’t have months of cash flow or reserves at a time such as a large corporation, so when a client does not pay us in a timely manner, it really puts a strain on us, not to mention the additional time that is required to track people down and jump through a million hoops. As I am sure you can understand, our time is what we mainly sell as a service company, so Fridays is basically costing us a lot more money to deal with even if we eventually end up getting paid. I really hate to send out negative messages or phone calls, as we do value all of our customers very much, but due to what the situation has become I am not left with much of a choice. If a customer is blatantly trying to rob from us, when they are a very established, multinational, multimillion dollar corporation, then even just out of principle, I have to seek justice. Again, I will continue to reveal information across the entire Internet, other media outlets, and to other professionals in the industry, which will have a very negative effect on the Fridays store and even the whole brand. I am sick and fed up just thinking of how a company I once worked for in the early part of my culinary career days, and the same people who I fully trusted and got along really well with, could just blatantly try to steal from me. I have come to find out we are not the only company Fridays has done this to, which makes me think that nobody in that company, especially upper management, with the ability to affect change, really cares. This is really ironic, because one of the very basic and essential requirements that form the foundation for any successful hospitality/food service operation, and brand, is simply showing people how much you care. Anyway, my phone number is 561−602−7964. I need a response immediately, and I need the result of my company receiving payment for the services that we provided to TGI Fridays of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, otherwise, I promise to do my very best, to do everything that is legal, to put Fridays’ wrong doings out into the open. From now on, every moment that I have to waste my valuable time, to write or talk to someone, it is going to cost money. Your original amount due was $ 682.5, but now that amount will be $ 2,047.5 dollars, or 3 times the original amount, for having to wait 3 times longer than originally agreed on. Everyday that passes, that I have not received payment, will cost Fridays another $ 1000 dollars.

I have been going to TGI Fridays for many years. Last night was definitely the last time I will go back. Over the past year or two, I found myself not going there as much simply because my experiences have been getting worse and worse. When you have multiple reviews(now including this one) complaining about how there’s no host/hostess up front, it’s a slow night and it still takes 10 minutes for someone to seat you… Maybe you should address that issue with your employees! Last night, Wednesday, December 16, 2015, my boyfriend and I walked in around 8:00 — 8:05pm. I had just gotten off of work and was extremely hungry. There were maybe 5 tables with customers who were already eating and a couple people at the bar. Very slow. When someone finally noticed that we were standing up front waiting for a table, it was already 8:15. 10 minutes it took for someone to notice us! My boyfriend started to walk to seat himself because of how frustrated he was. Quite honestly, we would’ve walked out but we had a BOGO free entrée coupon that was emailed to us. We were told that Monica was going to be our server but who would’ve guessed because we didn’t see her for another 10 minutes. At this point, I’m trying to not let my hunger get the best of me and tried to put on a happy face. I made it very clear that we were hungry by ordering our drinks, appetizer and entrées at the same time. First off, it took longer than it should have to get drinks because she was busy talking to other servers. Secondly, a different server brought us our appetizer and entrée because Monica, our server, was too busy nervously flirting and creating small talk with the older gentlemen sitting across the restaurant from us. I needed a refill 20 minutes ago by the time she made it to our table. Finally, after waiting almost an hour, yes, an HOUR to get our food on one of the slowest nights I have ever seen, the food was anything but satisfying. My fries were so over cooked, they might as well have changed the name to potato chips. They were so crunchy and I started to become so delirious that I started to play a game«find a fry». I would take my thumb and pointer finger and individually pick up fry to see if I could squish it. There were maybe three or four fries I could actually squish. The remaining plate of fries were so hard, that I couldn’t squish or break them without using my silver wear or teeth. The meat was ok but I had a lost my appetite from the poor service and fries that I couldn’t even finish it. To give my server the benefit of the doubt, she seemed nice and looked like she had maybe just had a long day, but all customers should be treated the same regardless of what time of the day it is. I felt horrible that my boyfriend had to pay $ 40(that included my free entrée) for non-alcoholic beverages, his entrée and an appetizer. I left hungry, annoyed and with a stomachache. She’s lucky we tipped her but not so lucky her name is mentioned in this review.

Horrible. Horrible. Took 10 minutes just to get seated, not because they were busy but because there was literally no host/hostess around for that long. Finally got seated waited another 10 minutes or so just to get our drinks in. Food took forever and the server never came back and asked if we wanted refills, our entire party literally drinkless. Our food finally came but wasn’t delivered by the waitress, it was cold and you could tell it had been sitting for quite some time. It was horrible to say it nicely.

Food is great, service is not. We arrived after 4:00 p.m. on a Friday night, so it was early and there was only one other table with guests, so the place was not busy. Our waitress was pleasant but not very attentive. Twice we got up and went to the back where the staff was gathered to order drink refills and inquire about the status of our food order. Highly doubtful we will return to this location, there doesn’t seem to be anyone there who cares about the guest experience.

DONOTGOHEREONSUNDAYS I ate at this establishment on Sunday, August 2nd. We walked in on their«meet a superhero» event going on. If you think this is good for your kids, think again. Batman and Captain America were the two actors there and boy, were they awful. They would go look for kids for a few minutes, then come back to their table and take a shot or sip on their alcoholic beverages. Definitely not people you want your kids around. Our waitress was less than helpful as well. She had her child with her, which I understand that sometimes that’s the only option, I wasn’t upset at that. I was upset at the fact that the only thing she did to serve us was take our order. She was talking with her son our entire meal and didn’t bother to fill our drinks or bring our food. Honestly, if her child wasn’t with her she wouldn’t have gotten a tip at all. The main course was good, but somehow they decided that our appetizers were ok to serve even though they looked like shit. We paid $ 8 for potato skins in which most of them had no cheese, and were sopping in grease.

Extremely slow service. They also changed their endless apps deal to where you can’t switch between apps and they take forever to bring you refills. NOT worth it at all!

Never. Stood at the front t door for over 5 minutes waiting to be sat…. Finally a server came by and said«oh, didn’t see you there». Asked for a manager to which she came over after another wait…. The staff in general is lack luster at best and no one seems to care about the guest.. Didn’t bother wasting my time to stay and eat, Do not waste your time!

The food was really good. We were sitting down for approx 10 min before the server finally came to take our drink order. My wife was 30 sec away from walking out. But finally once our order went in it was smooth sailing after. The server appeared a bit nervous. Which was a possibility she was New. Other then that it was ok. Been here before and had better service.

It truly amazes me the place is still in business. Nothing good about it. After waiting 45 minutes, our appetizers arrived at the same time as our entrees. The server stated he put the orders in so all the fiod would come out at once. What kind of logic is behind that?! The bathroom stall door mentioned in someone’s review from March 2014 is STILL broken and the place still has a funky smell when you walk in. Food is mediocre at best. There are so many much better options in the area.

I love me some Friday’s apps and long island tea! You can’t go wrong there. The serivce was right on and the staff is always friendly. But I wish they would clean up. I mean the place is filthy. Please deep clean so I can come back!

We ordered for dinner their grilled chicken over vegetables which was an under 500 calories. A surprising menu selection for TGIF’s. Not only was it very good, we also had a 20% coupon as well. I will be back for that dinner selection when I am looking for a great value and low calorie dinner.

Give it a miss. I went lunch on 15 Jan 2015. Pecan chicken salad, chicken was old, so sent it back. Asked for hamburger with tomato and slice of onion, that’s all the extras. Not good, only two rings of onions, not a slice. Asked manager and he said that was the TGI Friday way, WOW. See picture.

We came during lunch time & it was pretty much empty. We had the best server named Feather. She covered the bar & the side & greeted customers. So pleasant. Friendly. And hard working. Very good experience

Received listeria monocytogenes food poisoning from a wedge salad. Ended up in the ER. Was offered an $ 8 gift certificate as compensation.

Walked in… had a drink… walked the hell out… QUICKLY! I haven’t been to a TGI Mc Scratchy’s in forever and was curious to see what I used to love about the place. Apparently, I was very drunk the last couple of times I was here in my early 20’s, because this place sucks. Walked in to a stench of rotten milk? And wanted to bolt then, but I gave it the old«college try» instead. Went to the bathroom to a broken stall door and a leaking toilet that had been leaking for a VERY long time. I decided that if they don’t care about the conditions where you wash up, then they probably don’t care about the food they prepare and left.

Nice specials for happy hour at the bar like half priced select apps, drafts, and wells. A close drive for me so it is a favorite. Their smitchers(small pitcher) are perfect for getting a good amount of beer for a decent price.

My boyfriend and I thought that it would be fun to hit a cheap chain restaurant for happy hour after work on a Friday, so where else would we go than TGIFridays? Bad idea. We split a flat bread thing that was supposed to be crunchy and fresh and was not either. Then we split the jack Daniels shrimp and ribs as we’d seen the commercials a million times. For some reason our ribs came out with no sauce on them. Six frozen fried shrimp on the side. Cole slaw was very cilantro heavy. It wasn’t great but we didn’t expect to be wow’ed. We also didn’t expect to get food poisoning but here we are. Both of us sick as dogs for the past 24 hours. Never again.

I agree with Kenneth N. I almost argued my party out of coming here because of the bad Unilocal reviews. I thought the service was excellent. They had a early happy hour and our first server went through all the trouble of explaining it every which way and repeating herself because we were tired and confused. She served us our drinks and then left. It was the end of her shift. She knew she wouldn’t get a tip from us but still gave us her all. I enjoy the fried green beans and whatever meat they pour Jack Daniels sauce on. No, it’s not the best food, but you know this. It’s a TGI Friday. Our second server was just as nice and super helpful explaining the half off appetizer happy hour thing. We went with the two items on a limited menu deal for $ 10. Good value. Fascinating wildlife on the patio. **edit — Yeah, the drinks are weak but the bathrooms are fine. Just fine.

Normally I would not be caught breezing into this place– but after a long work day– the girls and I needed to chat– I ordered Cotton Candy Cosmo thing. Have you seen this thing? It’s AWESOME! Tastes like cotton candy and the next thing I knew I was yapping unfiltered all my little secrets and brutal honesty thoughts. oops. My girl– Bobbi Billard — also wrote about this drink in her review. I did not order food here, but I did sit at the bar with my girlies.
