This place makes no sense ! I came to dine in and I experienced some of the worst service I’ve had before. And I’m not one to complain but this place really rubbed me wrong. First off they refused to give me noodles with my 15 dollar meal I planned on ordering because I was dining in and not getting it to go? Which makes absolutely no sense ! Then I go to get it to go and it turns out cheaper and with noodles? Which is good on my part but still makes no sense. They have lost money due to all of this and I am very disappointed.

I very much enjoyed Uncle Joe’s lunch General Tsao’s lunch special with hot/sour soup. It was crunchy, sweet, and had a decent amount of spice. The serving staff was very accommodating and kept my drinks full. On the scale of American Chinese food, Uncle Joe’s ranks higher than your average take-out business.

If you want overpriced Chinese food, this is the place. 6 shrimp and vegetables with brown rice, $ 14.05! Called to complain but no help

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens. Reasonable prices and great service! Love the scallion pancakes!

Love this place! Quick take out and good food! Pricing is reasonable, they almost always answer the phone when calling to make an order.(You’d be surprised how many places fail at that!) I always order my food extra spicy and they never fail to deliver. The Pork lo mein is soooo good! And the egg rolls are a favorite at my house. I usually order and then take a stroll around home goods if I’m nearby. Tip: maybe it’s because they know it’s just my fiancé and I, but they don’t give a lot of soy sauce packets. Ask for more if you use a lot in your rice.

I am not one to write a negative review. My motto is, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all However.in this case of Uncle Joe’s Chinese Food, I must make a statement. Late on delivery – the delivery guy tried to say that he rang the door bell for several minutes… sorry, to say but a hungery flock of people would have heard the door bell ring. the order delivered was not what I ordered. But a double up of the order I placed. I tried to call the restaurant to complain, but no one answered. The food tasted fine, but the service was so bad it outweighed the flavor of the food. I will never order from this company again. Buyer beware.

Best Chinese food place I’ve found around! I go for the typical American dish at Chinese restaurants so this is technically not an authentic Chinese food review but from what I’ve seen they have it all. Lunch here is amazeballs though. General tso/sesame chicken have great quality. Really good egg rolls(if that’s your thing). Variations in soup if you eat in are also solid which makes it a step up from other Chinese places. I’m here almost once a week usually for takeout. Stick around Joe!

Consistently good food. We often order take out/delivery and it’s never as long as they say it’ll be. The food is always hot and they’re always kind. Our favorites include the wonton & egg drop soups, shrimp fried rice, Mongolian beef, moo shu beef and chicken & cashews(note: a ton of bell peppers and water chestnuts in that one so specify none if you don’t like). They use a lot of garlic but you can customize and they always oblige. I’ve eaten there a few times as well and they’re friendly and quick. It’s our great go to Chinese food restaurant.

I ordered for pickup late Sunday, ate about 10:30−45; less than an hour later: vomiting excessively until 7 am. Was fine before eating, spent Mon in bed from nausea & dehydration. Saw Dr’s, was complications of obvious food poisoning. Had General Tso’s Tofu & vegetable fried rice. This round eye won’t be eating Uncle Though my experience wasn’t great I will say one good thing… It did taste good going down! Lol

I like this place. I’ve known about them for years. They get my picky orders right most of the time and even though they went a little overboard when I said light on the sauce that one time, the quality of the dish was still good. Service is usually friendly and if you’re a takeout customer they keep your preferences in a database with your number.

When I walked in the door I was the only customer. I ordered pulled pork yellow rice black beans The food came fast and was like my grandmother cooked it. The pork was perfectly seasoned the black beans were nice and fresh. I think the cooks are kidnaped grandmothers forced to cook great dinners for everyone that wakes in the door. I highly recommend this place.

The first and last time I ever tried this Chinese Food Restaurant, I got sick. The food is ok, but what turned me off the most is the fact that I got sick from it. Since then, I have ordered from other Chinese Food Restaurants in the area.

There are much better Chinese food available to be had. Don’t think we’ll order from them again.

This is a real old style Chinese restaurant we’ve had lunch a number of times. Just an traditional interior without offering Asian fusion, Sushi or whatever is the newest fad. There is nothing fancy here unless it’s hidden on their dinner menu. We started with an order of ribs that were dark and crispy but not very meaty. Excellent Hot & Sour soup that is flavorful, dark and thick. Egg rolls that are packed with tasty ingredients and perfectly fried. I had calamari in black bean sauce served with chunks of red and green pepper(allowed to cook a bit so they were tender) and the calamari scored and cooked until it was it had just the right bite. Covered in flavorful salty black bean sauce, which is one of my favorites. My companion had shrimp in lobster sauce served Boston style. The addition of black beans turns that traditional light white sauce to a dark color and that special black bean flavor. Served with a nice portion of shrimp. The fried rice is surprisingly nothing special, just kind of regular rice darkened with some Chinese cooking magic but without tasty bits of pork, or egg, just some lonely peas. They do have a knock your socks off Egg Foo Young and Lo Mein that I’ve had on a couple occasions. I think there are more positives here and enjoy the simple traditional style. The lunch special at about $ 8.00 is served quickly and almost more that you can eat.

I had the food delivered to me but it was the wrong order. all three of my dinners, The restaurant would not deliver me the right food and take the wrong food away they told me I had to come pick it up and they still charge me. They were incredibly rude. I talked to two people that said they were the manager but were not the manager. Never got to try the food, but the people that run the restaurant are rude and unprofessional it’s a place that I would never order from again

The best take-out/delivery Chinese food in the area. Believe me when I say this. They once messed up my order and I was extremely dissatisfied. We order delivery from them once a week and I banned my family from going there. For several weeks we tried delivery from other Chinese restaurants in our area. The quality was not the same. We went back to Uncle Joe’s with our head down. Beef and broccoli has fresh perfectly cooked broccoli. Sesame chicken is crispy never soggy. Large egg rolls with ample stuffing. Delicious fried rice. Mix soup is perfect. General Tso is crispy but a bit over sauced for my taste. They use huge chunks of chicken. Steamed dumplings are doughy. Getting them fried will alleviate the gummy texture. Boneless ribs have great flavor but tends to be oily. Those are our standard orders. We’ve dined in a few times and the food is even better. They deliver fast. At times within 10 minutes and food is freshly made and piping hot. Be aware there are busier delivery nights. We found Thursday nights seem to be busiest.

This is a very clean, fast, efficient restaurant. We can always count on it being quick enough to have lunch between 12 and 1 and have time to talk and get back to work. I love the fact that they offer brown rice in place of the white rice. I had the Kung Pao trio and my friend had the beef and broccoli, both were very, very good and HOT! I like my Chinese and Thai food very hot and I don’t think anyplace understands what hot or spicy means. When they say, oh you want 5(1 – 5) they look at you like you’re crazy then you get it and its still not spicy enough. I mean I like it when sears my tongue! But it was still very good, I’ll just have to add some hit to my leftovers :-)

(Disclaimer: I’m Chinese) Restaurant caters primarily to Chinese-American fare but still very good. I order the Salt & Pepper Shrimp consistently because it’s delicious and seasoned perfectly.

I’ve even experienced better here before! I got the General Tao’s for lunch, it came with Fried rice and an Egg Roll. The Chicken itself was a little too breaded/fried for my liking. I think the key to good GT’s is a mix of high quality chicken and just the right amount of frying in a good sauce. I thought the sauce here was pretty good, flavorful, sticky, not watered down, and not too sticky. However, the chicken was, as I said above, too well fried/breaded. The rice that it came with a tad under seasoned, not enough to create any real taste issue, but I could have made just as good fried rice at home. Maybe if they made it Chicken or Pork or Beef fried rice there would have been more complexity to the rice. The egg roll was pretty standard. I’ve been here before and I will go again, though it probably won’t be for the General Tao’s. Oh, prices are really good!
