Tricia always provides the best service with a smile and exudes warmth, while remaining discreet at all times-​a true professional! In short, Tricia represents all that is Cartier-​understated, refined and quality that lasts. Tricia is the best of the best!

I think the sales lady’s name is Taki. I’m not 100% sure. But the service is superb that I’m sure.
I wanted to try on a diamond trinity ring but due to extremely small ring size they don’t have it in the store. So Taki tried to track it down and bring it to the Orlando store. After 2 weeks later we found out the last one in NYC sold. But Taki tracked one down in Europe and brought it all the way to FL for me to try.
When she showed me the email trail it is about the size of small journal.
She also offered to ask Cartier to custom design my anniversary ring when the time come.
This kind of customer service is incomparable to another jewelry store in town.
