The worst experience with a service company, custumer service is so rude! A technician came to my house to check my A/C system, he never entered to my house, he went to see the outside unit and left without letting me know what he did, and /or if my system need additional services. This service was done throughout a home protection Co., I called their office and the person who answered my phone call was so rude, did not allow me to finished what I had to say, when I asked her why he did not talk to me before he left, she said that he was not my friend to say good bye! After that she hung-up on me!

WORST customer service hands down. A/C was cooling prior to them coming out just needed a clicking noise to be checked out but A/C was worse after service call. Technician was not able to diagnose problem or handle questions. Office staff was absolutely rude and not interested in trying to resolve the issue Plus they refused to come back to handle the situation because they did not want to take accountability for the issue their technician caused. Another company came out and fixed the problem with no issues and in a fraction of the time. Save your money and sanity… call their competitor.
