Damien was quick to come out and give me an estimate for my a/​c repair. Said he’d call me next day regarding parts availability. He never called! And he didn’t return my calls, texts and e-​mails. Just left me in my hot house. So called COMPLETE COMFORT and they came right out, went into attic and discovered Damien had dismantled motor and there were screws everywhere! Unit was fixed properly, and for less money! Talk about an unprofessional company. Don;t call Cool Cats.

My AC unit was causing problems and I saw a flyer for this company in valpack. They offered a promotion for new customers including a free 15 point check, I called them and a representative said a technician would call to my home within 2 days. 3 days later nobody came or contacted me, I called the same number and the same guy said that he would call me back later that day. It’s 2 weeks later and nobody has contacted me so I used another company. Very unprofessional and very unreliable
