DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management has changed, and their current staff is surly and unfriendly. the maintenance staff will never show up when they say they will and never leave notice that they’ve been in your apartment. appliances are constantly breaking. the people in the office rarely answer the phone, and are rude when you can finally get in touch with them. upon move out they will charge you a ton of money no matter the state of your apartment. save your sanity and find a house to rent!

The only apartment management in Florida that will fabricate damages that never existed on your property, in the attempt to steal thousands of dollars from you when you move out. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy.
