Crossings At Indian Run

Mom moved into this complex because its affordable. In August they told her if she filled out paperwork they could have her in by November. November came they said December… And so on until the end of February when she finally made it in. Once she moved in there were renovations going on until mid June!
No that she has her apartment to herself, her air-​conditioner decided to stop working. She contacted the main office and nobody could get to her until the next day. When they came the next day they said they needed to order apart and would be back the following day. They did not come back until 4 o’clock the following day and then said they needed to order another part and would be back the following day. While the following day came and nobody showed up. Needless to say my mother has a disease and shouldn’t be sitting in an apartment that is 86° and nobody seems to be doing a damn thing about it
