Harbour Cay

Moving from out of state has its challenges, but finding Harbour Cay Apartments has made our transition much easier than anticipated. After looking for a place to rent for a few days, we stopped by HCA and were very happy to know that they had a couple 2 bedr/​2 baths apartments available and were given the option to be either upstairs or downstairs. They accept pets (we have 2 small dogs) with a pet deposit (no monthly rent fee for dogs). We chose the upstairs unit, as we felt that it was more private, and also had vaulted ceilings. The rent also includes basic cable and trash.
The apartment is very spacious and we were comfortably able to fit our large furniture, and whatever we could not fit in the apartment, we store it in the storage units on the property (monthly fee), which makes it very convenient for us, if we need to access anything. We do not have a washer and dryer in unit, but the laundry facility is open 24/​7, so is the fitness center. Renee has been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and has been a delight to work. We were also able to paint the entire apartment before moving in, and we selected our own paint color.
This apartment complex is conveniently located to grocery stores and to any of your favorite stores. Also, it is only 15 minutes from the beach. We are really excited to share our new place with our friends and family and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
