I was in town for business and was recommended to go here… so glad I did!!! Absolutely loved it and cant wait to come back again! If you are solo and enjoy watching kitchen prep, sit at the bar and watch! So much fun!

My brother and sister-in-law drove up from Boca to celebrate Father’s Day with us Saturday evening. Oh, boy, did we enjoy ourselves! Our waitress, Laurie, was exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating. Very relaxing atmosphere and unique and tasty dishes made the evening special for the guys. We laughed and ate well — we couldn’t have asked for more. Desserts were lovely too. Bread pudding, chocolate cake, all delicious.

Not worth the hype in my opinion. My husband chose this restaurant for our anniversary as I’m a big fan of farm to table type places. My husband had the fried chicken. It was good, but not great and for $ 20 for chicken and a biscuit one can expect greatness. I had the prime teres major which was very disappointing. Everything on the plate was drenched in steak sauce and another sauce. The sauces took away from the flavor a of everything else on the plate. The restaurant was cute and I might try it again at some point, but am not in any hurry.

Second time around and it did not disappoint. For starters the oysters were superb. Their hamburger is, can I say it, almost too much and too good. My wife had the pappardelle with pink shrimp and it was«out of this world» «The best»!! The service was a bit spotty but that was not unexpected since it was $ 1 Oyster night. Had the same feeling as I did the first time we were there, that I wished we had gone with friends so we could share the experience and terrific food. The wine prices are too high, your better off bringing your own and paying the $ 15.00 corkage fee. We’ll be back with friends and our own wine.

Our party of six had dinner here the other night. We have all been to the District Table for dinner before, and we look forward with anticipation to the ever changing selection of local foods made into creative dishes. All six in our party enjoyed their selections, and we all intend to go back again next season.

Decent location, super nice farm to table restaurant very warming and rustic, yet classy. Food is very flavorful and priced well for its quality and quantity. Staff is attentive and friendly. Recommend the oysters, they have 5 different kinds from West and East coast. The corn appetizer reminds me of my childhood, deliciously rustic, simple, yet complex in flavors. It’s a perfect date or family spot, or Sunday afternoon beer and oysters spot. Will def come back.

I have probably been here 50+ times and it still remains a little bit hit or miss, but I wanted to up my rating. When things are successful they can truly approach approach WOWFOOD. The burger can be magical with bacon, blue cheese and a runny egg creating an unctuous wonderland in your mouth, but I have only lucked into that preparation twice. The fries can be amazing, cracked pepper and Parmesan are an all time favorite. The brisket, pork belly, and chicken can be magical. Steak is usually average and seasoning is still hit or miss. The oysters are typically outstanding, but we have had a few misses. I could live without most of the pacific oysters. Overall, I love the creativity and the culinary swinging for the fences, I definitely have enjoyed a few out of the park home runs ! District’s mere presence has forced Eric to up his game a Ian’s, for the benefit of all. I still think the Wagu Hanger Steak at 11 Maple is the best meal, and most consistent and perfectly composed plate of food on the Treasure Coast, but I love the growing competition, we all win !

Once again I called ahead and they didn’t have my favorite dish tonight. I wasn’t going to come. My teenagers insisted so we came. I almost ignored my own advice that even if they don’t have your favorite item, keep an open mind because everything is amazing!!! I had three dishes I never tried before and they were all fantastic! My daughters also had dishes they never tried before and loved those too! You just can’t go wrong here! I also enjoyed a beer I’ve never had before.

Lots to love about this place. Knowledgable and friendly staff, especially Christina. Creative and eclectic menu. The freshest seafood and other ingredients. A few creative cocktails and interesting wine offerings. We had day boat scallops with root veggie risotto and it was a home run. The Chef Selection Oyster sampler was fantastic as well. Cheese course for dessert was a great way to finish the meal! The place was full of happy diners. Music and overall noise level quiet! Definitely going back.

If I could give no stars, I would. They were unwilling to modify a single menu item. And there menu lacks basic items like a salad with grilled chicken for anyone attempting to eat healthy. And when asked if they could make one the response was no. How about chicken and a side salad. No! How about removing an item I was allergic to from a menu item. No! The waiter could not have explained more times that the food came exactly as the chef wanted it, no substitutions or modifications, and no exceptions. I wasn’t really asking for food that isn’t on the menu, just perhaps can you switch a side for one I can eat, like a cup of lettuce on the side of the chicken, no sauce? What I finally ordered was ok, not stellar or even what I’d call good. And for the price? I’ll never go back! This town has some truly amazing places to eat, any number of whom are better, most which are less expensive, and the ones who are the same price are outstanding and accommodating. What restaurant doesn’t have a basic salad with a protein on it? My boyfriend’s dinner was just ok. He ordered as it came. Unimpressive. Too salty for me. Long and short I won’t be back

I’ve eaten at this restaurant on numerous occasions. The food is always delicious. That is a fact. However, for the price point of a restaurant like this it is not only about the food but the overall experience. You can easily spend $ 100 for a dinner for 2 but this restaurant does not offer reservations for parties under 5. I tried to make reservations on my birthday to eat here and was told they could not. We ended up waiting outside in ‘colder’(60°F) weather for 20 minutes. They have no space inside to wait other than at the bar and no space heaters outside to accommodate days when it is colder. These are common features of most upscale restaurants in other South Florida cities. I tried to offer my suggestion to management about taking reservations and instead of just accepting my suggestion and moving on the manager offered continuous rebuttal and stood firmly by their policy of no reservations for parties under 5. Well, sir, some of us value our time and on special occasions do not want to spend more time than necessary waiting if a prior reservation could have been made. Btw, I when I ordered my burger the waitress asked me how I wanted it cooked. I informed her«well done» and was met with the question«pink or no pink ?» … hmm are we children? Ok so I ordered it «no pink» to be clear and stressed I wanted it well done… my burger came out extremely pink throughout the entire center. Because the service and management in this restaurant are so flaky I do not think the price point corresponds Unfortunately it is one of the few restaurants of it’s kind on the Treasure Coast and I think they have let that get to their heads.

The quality of the food is very high and yet there were a couple of drawbacks. First, the negatives: I wouldn’t order steak here, since it’s not a steakhouse. Although the accompaniments and such were excellent, the meat itself wasn’t as tender as was hoped for based on tasting by two people at our table. The burger was beautiful and delicious but it was piled very high and was too thick to eat while avoiding making a mess of the eater. Next, the positives: our waitress was thoroughly knowledgeable about the menu items even though the menu changes with local availability of ingredients. The food had an appetizing presentation and it tasted delicious(even with the criticism mentioned above). The fries were crunchy and crispy without being hard. Whenever I want to head to Stuart for dinner, this will be at the top of my list for places to consider.

Some friends recommended District Table so we decided to come here for our annual Christmas date. Service was excellent as was the food. The shrimp and grits was delicious but only came with three shrimp — one more would have made it perfect for sharing. Blue crab hushpuppies were a bit disappointing as I never tasted any crab. My husband had the The Red Grouper entrée was very good and I ordered the super food salad along with two stone crab claws and that made for a perfect dinner. The wine selection was outstanding. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

I’ve been meaning to Unilocal about this for weeks now. We went for our anniversary based on reviews and I’m so glad we did. Tammy was our server and she was wonderful. Very friendly and great at suggesting menu items. We had lionfish(which I never find on a menu anywhere because it’s hard to prepare), Brussels sprouts cooked to perfection, and on Sundays they have delicious buck a shuck oysters. Their wine list is extensive and these foodies will be back for sure!

Came here because of recommendations from the locals. I like the farm to table idea. I thought the place was a little bit overpriced. I can’t see myself paying $ 15+ for a appetizer sized dish. I ordered the least expensive item from the entrée menu which was sweet tea fried chicken. The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Didn’t care too much for the gigantic biscuit served with the dish. Overall the dish was just OK and it needed a refreshing element on the dish. I left with my mouth feeling very dry.

Going to dinner here last night was on accident but it was the best decision ever! From the minute we walked in to the last second we left, service and food were top notch! Started out with the mozzarita burrata and it was light and fresh and mildly sweet. The cheese was so creamy as our fabulous waitress Christina described. Then for main course we had the burger– hubby said it was the freshest burger he has ever had and the display was great. I had the prime teres major and it melts in your mouth. The beef was perfectly cooked and I’ve never had bread pudding like this but it was worth the try because it was so good. Both meals were paired(by request) with perfect wines. Dessert was the doughnuts which were light and fluffy and the sauces that were made and served were a great compliment to the doughnuts. The ambiance was perfect as we were able to carry a regular conversation tone wise. Our waitress Christina was very good at assisting us while we attempted to navigate through the menu but had us laughing the whole night! Her knowledge and description of each of the plates made the food taste that much better. Very happy we stumbled on this place!

I use to live in the Martin County area and always searched for good restaurants that produced high quality plates of food using good, quality ingredients. I wish this was around a few years ago when I lived there! I visited with my two sisters and brother-in-law on a Saturday night. It was quite busy, but dining a little later(arrived at 9pm) they were able to seat us right away without any wait or reservation. I had a hard time choosing what to get as there were several options that enticed me but they had run out of the crab appetizer I really wanted to try(bummer)! Oh well, we got a mix of appetizers to share, including delicious bread(that we ordered 2nds on), octopus(supper tender) and squid ink pasta(al dente, full of flavor and yummy!). I even got to try my brother in laws pig ears which were crisp and served with a good sauce. For the main, I couldn’t pass up their famous burger, served with fries and a malted banana milkshake. Oh man. I licked my wood plate clean. The fries were crisp and salted to perfection. The milkshake was perfect, it was like going to a grade A version of wendys to get fries & a frosty. But the real treat was the burger — it was actually cooked pink in the middle(which is hard to find a place that can cook a burger right) and served on delicious bun. For dessert, I have the grand mariner soufflé. This was my only slight disappointment. While the cream was awesome, the soufflé was just slightly under cooked — I like a soft soufflé but I don’t want it runny from the inside(it wasn’t runny, but it wasn’t quite set). Anyways — a definite must when in town!

My dinner experience here was a great one. I was by myself. They didn’t have any tables available so they added a seat to the bar for me. I like my spot sitting right in front of the oysters and stone crab.(See my pic). I could see into the kitchen and watch the people preparing apps in front of me. Let’s start with the olive and rosemary bread. I don’t even like olives and I loved this bread! Then I had the blackened shrimp and grits appetizer. YUM! My entrée was Prime Teres Major. I didn’t know what that was so I asked the host who was my waiter for my visit.(I was at the bar but in a spot the bartender couldn’t reach me easily) he told me this was a muscle near the neck. Whatever it was it was delicious. It came on a bed of spinach with a sauce over it and french fries over the whole thing. Some may think it looked messy but it was appealing to me. My teres Major was cooked just how I ordered it and the French fries were very tasty. I also had a glass of red wine with my meal. For just myself my bill with tip was $ 75. I’d definitely go here again P. S. They have complementary sparkling water.
