My husband, our two little dogs and I stayed here about 6 months ago, when we moved to this area. We only stayed 1 night. Our experience was a good one! Our room was cute and clean. Bed was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Internet worked well and we had no complaints. I would recommend this hotel to others. Good price and they allow pets for those who need that type of accommodation.

I really enjoyed my time at this Holiday Inn Express property. Room and physical amenities were up to date and well taken care of, a real credit to the franchise. Location is nicely off the interstate and major arteries such as A1A. Breakfast seriously blew my mind — and I’m usually unimpressed by hotel«hot breakfasts». Staff was generally a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I can’t give a perfect review because the WiFi service was inaccessible in the room except for the bathroom.

Bad wifi that constantly kicks you out and doesn’t let you use it, and AT&T doesn’t get service here on the bright side the service is great.

i can’t believe this hotel has 4 stars. Maybe I came at a bad time, but with the Daytona race and this big bike thing coming up, you’d think they would have all the stops pulled out. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for a few minutes before someone came out. When she did, she rang the doorbell that was taped to the desk with scotch tape then said«oh, it works… huh…I would’ve rung it.» She checked me in quickly and was otherwise very sweet, but that one interaction kinda blew me away. Ok, so aside from that, there isn’t one bottle of water for sale in the entire facility. They have a water fountain in the«gym»(two treadmills and one weight machine) but if you don’t have your own water bottle, you have to go back and forth with your 8 oz cup from your room. They have soda, and a soda machine, but NO water bottles for sale. The breakfast buffet is, as they say«hot» but… not interesting. Scrambled eggs, some strange pancake making thing. Some muffins, cereal and bagels makes up the remainder of your choices. I opted out after tasting the coffee. The room is fine — bed is comfortable enough, they have TV. Sadly, it’s either super hot or super cold depending on if the air is blowing or not. When it’s hot its humid. The water doesn’t get hot right away — takes about 4 minutes in the morning — so don’t get in the shower for a bit after turning it on. My key hasn’t worked all day any of the days I’ve been here. The side entrance doesn’t work. The internet — this is the worst part to me. The first day, it was fine. The second and third nights of my stay, the internet would work for about 10 minutes then stop for about 10 minutes. i’d get kicked off and logged back on, kicked off and logged back on, kicked off… you get the picture. So yeah, 3 minutes from the beach, not super expensive… but i’d pay $ 20 more per night if that meant I had internet connection that was reliable and a key that worked all the time.

Stayed overnight here with 3 other people for a road race. The hotel can be a little tricky to find as it is tucked away behind a Burger King and a Hampton Inn. The staff was very professional and had all my information ready at check in, which was at 3PM. The rooms were clean, and the beds were great. We had a room with 2 Queens and it also had a desk and an extra chair, along with a fridge big enough to hold 24 bottles and a few 20oz sodas. So, plenty big. It’s walking distance to a BBQ restaurant which had decent food also. They offered full breakfast until 9AM. They had pancakes, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages, cereal, english muffins. They also had assorted juices, and a coffee bar. So, pretty much anything you could have asked for. It was decent for hotel food, and the dining room was busy. We didn’t use the pool, due to the temperature. There was an odd cigarette smell in the hallways, which cold have just been a douche-y guest. Check out was super easy, they just asked our room number and told us to have a nice day.

Good location, very clean, very good service I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is being remodeled so my next few comments may or may not hold true when/if you use the hotel. The room door lock had a deadbolt problem. To get the deadbolt to retract I had move the inside door handle to close the door when leaving the room. Instead of the water coming out hot it coming out hot I showered in very warm water. I had trouble with the TV connection. Probably caused by a previous guest.

this hotel is kept clean and personnel at front desk was very helpful. we were immediately attended to and acknowledged as a priority member(which is a rewards program they have) our room was nice and clean — smelled clean. the free breakfast was good — the dining area was super clean and well kept. it was a great place to rest over nite on our way back home.

This hotel is about 3 miles from Flagler Beach with a low price tag. I booked on Hotwire and saved about 40 bucks a night. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and have new(ish) towels. Towels are an important part of a hotel stay for me… I hate staying in hotels that offer threadbare old towels that feel like sandpaper and have a water absorbency of zero. I also liked that this hotel has king and queen beds only — no doubles. Breakfast was provided and it was pretty okay. The outdoor pool is nice but small. Overall, the location is close enough to Daytona Beach and St. Augustine and I’m glad this hotel isn’t in the middle of tourist town.
