Legacy Vacation Resort – Palm Coast

Stayed here 2^nd weekend in Jan.
The staff at Legacy is very friendly and helpful. They have to be for what they have to offer. This place is very dated and in need of some major remodeling. Furniture, appliances, fixtures, and window treatments should all be replaced. The room had that stale hotel room odor when you walk in. Fortunately there is a screened in deck with sliding doors that could be left open to air it out.
Found cockroaches in the bathroom. The master bedroom has doors leading out to a deck with security lighting that was on all night and no way to block out the light from the room.
The pool is very nice but the heater was not sized large enough to keep it warm. The pool lost more BTUs than the heater put in. Water was maybe 78° which would be fine if the air wasn’t 52°. The «hot» tub was not any warmer.
Not much to do in the area. It’ll even cost you $ 2.00 to take the bridge to the beach. Next choice would be Flagler Beach by taking 95 south.
All in all save your money. There are other hotels in the area that are better deals and you can actually enjoy the pool.
Not recommended.

I highly recommend this place.
If you are having a hard time finding a good hotel or stay at Saint Augustine this is located just 20 minutes away.
But the rooms are cool condos!
I had the two bedroom, two bath room with a full kitchen with a great view!
We had access to the pool, Jacuzzi, on ground miniature golf, pool table and fishing off the river northwest of the premise!
Rooms were clean and accommodating!
Great location to restaurants and local attractions.
