Roger Clark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable — so if you are planning to buy a mattress he is the person to ask for. He explained everything about differences in the mattresses and then about the warranty, delivery etc. He even followed up with us after we left the store. The delivery people called ahead to let us know they were coming and were very nice to deal with. After delivery I realized I should have ordered the low profile box spring so I called Roger and he has arranged to have it swapped out when our other bed is delivered this week. We will definitely be asking for Roger the next time we shop at Banner Mattress.

all the information. I needed and when I’m ready I definitely. will be back and ask for him It’s really nice to. know that there are people. out there that really care about their jobs and know their business

My family and I went into the store today after seeing the ad on TV for their Memorial Day sale. This was our first time ever buying a mattress ourselves since the one we have been using was gifted to us. We don’t make a lot of money and buying a bed is a huge investment for us. We were so indecisive! Octavio was great. He was so patient with us even though we checked out our favorite mattresses at least 5 times before making our final decision. He also was super informative about the products. I was very impressed and he made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I didn’t feel pressured at all and he wasn’t «salesy» at all Octavio also helped us get set up with a payment plan to better fit our budget. The only negative was that our mattress was not in stock so I have to wait a week now to enjoy it. But he even made up for that! He offered new pillows when the mattress arrives. So far my experience has been great so hoping my new mattress will be great too.

I am a «Baby Boomer» with back & insomnia issues. I researched mattresses and I chose this store next to Trader Joe’s in Palm Desert. I was greeted by OCTAVIO as my salesman; WOW — -what a great professional representative of that store! He was patient with me as I started bed hopping to try out almost all the mattresses in the store. OCTAVIO answered all my questions, was kind (not pushy) and clearly explained all the pointers one needed to know about mattresses. I decided to buy the Tempurpedic Ergo Plus which is easy to use and conforms perfectly to my body. On Christmas night, I had a mechanical problem so I called OCTAVIO the next morning who cared enough to get the problem fixed IMMEDIATELY that day; he went above & beyond his call of duty to make sure I was a «happy camper!» « Unilocal!» I couldn’t wait to get online and let others know that OCTAVIO IS «the man to see if you want to buy a mattress that will last you for years to come.
