I have a bed from this place and I was happy until the plastic where the little air hose is coming out broke and since that day until now is been a nightmare is been so hard to contact the main office and when I finally got a representative to help he start to asking me so many questions about my life is almost like I was in front of a police asking me all this questions just for a warranty issue question I was the one answering all this questions ! That was ridiculous and when I ask to talk to a supervisor he told me to wait for five minutes and those five minutes turn in to 25 minutes to tell me he wasn’t be able to be reach! waisting my time like they don’t care only when they sending you offers and stupid advertising!
