AT LAST! We have found someone in the desert who understands customer service. Every single person we contacted at Caddyshack Golf Carts was not only knowledgable, but extremely upbeat and helpful. They did every single thing they said they would — -and they did it within the time frame promised. I guess you could say the under-promised and over-delivered. We recently purchased an EZ-Go golf cart and our experience could not have been better. Kimberly was our sales associate and she went above and beyond to ensure we got just what we wanted. She assisted us in selecting custom options and gave us suggestions and advice that we appreciated. Kimberly and Tim, the owner, had answers for all of our questions and we felt a degree of comfort in their expertise that we just did not find with the other golf cart retailers in the area. It is so refreshing to deal with such a professionally run business.

Firstly, A-ONE on customer service! Bought a new four seater EZ-Go golf cart from Caddyshack. Kimberly was our sales person and she was exceptional. No hard sell, just the right information to make an informed decision on what we needed. I also met Tim, the owner, who was just as nice and helpful. I would recommend Caddyshack over any other cart distributor in the Valley. They meet and exceed their promises and are great at communicating status. Great selection of golf carts and art!
Well, we were so happy with the first purchase we went back and bought a second cart. Again nothing short of exceptional customer service and delivery. Kimberly and Tim were at their best again.

Best place to buy a golf cart! From the second you enter the showroom you are blown away by the selection of colors. This showroom blows the all the others away! Their quality and knowledge of the product was great, even though we were not looking to buy right now, we will definitely keep them in mind when we are in the market.
