I recently purchased my first home, and I could not be happier with the help we received from Cathi and Ben Walter. They were patient when we were picky, and they were always diligent in researching each property. They were personable and always took time to explain each step, since this was a big learning experience for me.
We were dealing with a difficult seller, and the loan agent I had selected was also not ideal. Cathi and Ben kept the process moving along on our timeline despite these difficulties, and they did so with a smile.
They are wonderful people who I plan to keep in contact with and will recommend them to all of our friends and family buying homes in this area.
