Very pleased with the progress of my tattoo removal. After one treatment with his picosure laser, there is a huge difference! Just had my second treatment yesterday, and I can barely see them anymore (and it only gets better with time as your immune system removes the shattered pigment)

Love Dr Jesser so sweet and professional. I’ve been coming for tattoo removal and the procedure is quick and not to expensive. Everyone is so kind here I love the office, and the staff none of them are judgy about my ridiculous tattoo. If you need tattoo removal this is the place having my 3^rd session today and it’s almost gone after 2.

Thirty five years ago I had my veins stripped which apparently was not totally successful on my right leg I went to Vein Specialists and Dr. Jesser treated these veins which about drove me crazy when they would start itching plus standing for any length was uncomfortable. He treated my leg with laser plus injections and the results were miraculous. The appearance prior to the treatment qualified for the «ugly»! After the procedure, not only are the veins gone but so is all the discomfort and itching. I couldn’t suggest strongly enough that anyone having vein problem go see Dr. Jesser. Having veins stripped was excrutiating pain… Dr. Jessers procedure was pain free.

Yvette is the BEST for hair removal. I decided to try it and not only did it work amazingly well… Yvette is the sweetest and most professional. You won’t even notice the pain because of the numbing cream they give you and her very sweet and thoughtful demeanor. You won’t be dissapointed! The entire staff is amazing and very helpful.

This is the only place I would go for hair removal. I have tried a ton of places including Laser Express in Palm Desert and nothing has worked until now. Give it a try they are cheaper then the rest and they have prescription numbing cream unlike Laser Express.

For all the Vein-​y people this is where you want to come if you have spider veins or varicose veins. I started as a patient with Dr. Jesser over 5 years ago. I had some varicose veins which I attribute not by a hereditary problem rather due to the fact that my job required that I was on my feet all the time… I have in the past tried the saline approach to sclerotherapy and it didn’t really seem to help. So, when I heard that California Vein Specialists were using a different medication (polydocanol) that has been effective I thought that I would try it out. I swear it works. I never had those gnarly huge veins just small ones that I found to be a painful when I would be on my feet a lot and to me I just didn’t like to see them.
It seriously took only 3 visits and they were gone. I actually got a little discount because Dr. Jesser’s old office used to be next to the lab that I worked in. So, phone them if you want to inquire about prices. In fact a couple of years ago I drove out from Orange County for a little touch up in his La Quinta location. The staff is nice and professional. I no longer live in the Palm Springs area but I WOULD drive out if I am in need of a sclerotherapy.
Does it hurt? NO. There is a small needle used I forgot what gage but honestly I didn’t have any pain. It’s not the same prick as in having your blood drawn. Nor is there any down time. The last time I was here had a treatment then I met my friends for lunch after while visiting the area. There was minimal bruising and you do wrap your legs for a couple of hours in an ace bandage/​coban like wrap. The veins seriously disappear right after.
