Desert Softub

This company was very helpful and professional. I had my softub for 12 years and with few problems. Recently it stopped working. I contacted a guy named Jim on craigs list who sells Softubs. Jim is not an authorized softub dealer like Desert Softubs are. He calls himself Jim Spa. Over the phone Jim determined I had a bad board. Jim offered to come from the LA area a replace it for $ 300. Jim Spa came replaced the board took my $ 300. but the softub still did not work. It never turned off. Jim Spa refused to refund my purchase or to return to fix the softub.
I then contacted Kevin at Desert Softub. Kevin tried through several phone calls and emails to make Jim Spa’s repair work. Kevin determined that Jim Spa from LA installed the wrong board for my type of softub. Kevin then sold me a reconditioned unit and shipped it for free. The price for the unit purchased from Desert Softub was fair and the support great. I will certainly go back to Desert Softubs in the future for any Softub products or support. Thank You Kevin
