Very clean facility. The staff is knowledgable, patient and professional. We had a sleep study done last month and was diagnosed and treated with a CPAP machine done by their expert vendor who carries the CPAP — Resmed. I would recommend the overseeing Dr Cherukian and staff.

The office does not answer phone calls. They do not have a phone callback system is place. The front office is not running well. It takes over 4 weeks to get insurance approval??? Not! What is going on at this facility? Unprofessional to say the least. Going to report them to BBB and the Main Eisenhower complex.

I thought the facility and my room and private bathroom were very clean. The tech was very nice. I didn’t have any problems sleeping with the wires on. I have not received any bills yet.

Not clean. Overheard Manager state this was the third time the bed sheets were dirty. Not sound proof. Even though signs are posted for quiet, hallway noises and staff conversations can easily be heard as the kitchen and reception are literally a few feet away.(There are usually 3 male technicians who work about 4 rooms). Complaining really didn’t help, and basically you can’t move after you’re already glued to a bunch of wires. A few rooms’ sound systems and computer software were not even working the night I stayed so that was even harder because I had to guess what the technician was telling me to do from the main room.(There’s usually a series of movements that you need to do before you start so the system collaborates). I was trying to not fall asleep until I understood I could«start» because there were gaps between commands. And wait until you get the bills. At the rate of 20x what other places charge! No joke! Not one bill. Several bills from several places and they all trickle in at different times — like months apart. I inquired, saying I only stayed at one place. That’s when the Sleep Center stops returning your calls. With insurance I got a $ 900 bill — whereas I have paid just $ 60 at another place. There was no warning either that this wasn’t the final amount! A few months later I received a bill for $ 300 plus miscellaneous charges. Not one person in Billing or at the Sleep Center responded as to what the miscellaneous charges were for. They were all smiles and hugs to get me to book the sleep study. Don’t get fooled by the modern looking facility. They received over $ 8K from my insurance. Silent treatment when you start getting the bills.
