When I need a competent opinion I have to get a referral to another county by saying I live there. Here if you are over 60 they just tell you everything is arthritis with no diagnostic work. Been trying to get CT scan or ultrasound for torn ligaments for 14 months, finally had to go to Irvine. They keep ordering MRI’s for me here even though it is red flagged that I cannot have them due to magnetic implants. Physical therapy person is a joke and tells me that there is no therapy for strengthening knees, but in Irvine just the opposite. The referral I got to a surgeon was to a person who had not performed surgery in 15 years, then she proceeded to tell me that she had the same knee complaints and had not had them fixed, all this WITH NO DIAGNOSTIC WORK and I mean not even a manipulation of the joints by hand which is standard practice according to mayo clinic. So how did she know hat was wrong? This place is fine for colds which cure themselves, for everything else you just suffer and die while they collect premiums.

Front desk check in lady with the glasses has absolutely horrible customer service. My 6 year old son needed to get a shot and she said I would have to cancel my own appointment just to walk in with my child to hold his hand. INCONSIDERATE GRUMPY waste of space. She needs to get written up for forcing my child to get a shot alone when he wants his mother to come in. I’ll be calling into kaiser’s complaint line as well.

I don’t like going to the dr.‘s but this place is okay. Pharmacy is ALWAYS busy!
