Definitely consider this florist. I walked in, they showed me some possible options, I gave them the amount I wanted to spend, and 10 minutes later I had a beautiful bouquet. I was also impressed with the size of the bouquet for the price. I will definitely use Flowers by Veronica again.

Just stopped in to get some flowers for a friend’s birthday. They were so helpful and accommodating, it’s hard to believe that others had such a bad experience! Beautiful flowers! Beautiful people!

This review is regarding the customer service I received from JANET.
UNBELIEVABLE! I have ordered several hundred dollars (per bouquet) worth of flowers from Veronica’s over the years for very special occasions. I live in Orange County, and call for delivery in Palm Desert. EVERY bouquet has been beautiful and fresh and just perfect. Which is why I am so upset.
I ordered a bouquet of pink hydrangeas to be delivered to my Grandmother. (She has survived 2 rounds of breast cancer, so every October I send these. Not to mention the birthday & anniversary bouquets throughout the rest of the year). They were delivered on Friday, and dead by Monday. Dead. Not dying; dead. I did not find out about the dead flowers until the following Thursday, when I happened to ask how they were holding up.
I called the store and left a message/​complaint/​feedback, Thursday afternoon. By 10 am, Friday (today), I had not heard back from anyone at Veronica’s. I called, asked for Janet (the woman who helped me, originally), who preceded to tell me (by interrupting me), «your grandmother should have called the day they died, so we could have replaced them». Fine, but WHO calls a vendor to tell them the GIFT they received is crap & dead & wants a replacement??? No one. No one with any tact anyway. After about 20 seconds, Janet said «well, Im sorry and thank you for the feedback». I told her, «I am literally speechless at your customer service & your lack of empathy for the $ 200 I spent on these flowers.» I hung up, and 45 min later I have not heard back from anyone at the shop. No phone call, no email — nothing.
Janet, you work in the customer service industry. Take some classes & some notes, and learn how to better deal with people. You are rude & lacking grace, and have a lot to learn about accepting criticism. This whole problem could have been ‘fixed’ with an actual, heartfelt apology.
I highly recommend working with Nassim, if you want to try this florist.

Veronica you are the best! If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, you need to come here. She’s has over 35 years of experience. She arranged the most beautiful bridal bouquet I have ever seen. I email Veronica to get a rough estimate of how much a beaded vintage bridal bouquet would cost me, she was prompt in her response and really helpful when we arrive for our appointment. My friend was getting married so as one of her closest friends I decided I would buy the bouquet for her, I was happy to see that Veronica captured the brides requests. Veronica created a master piece within my budget and chose best flowers to make the «vintage look»!

They have the most beautiful flowers! The owner is the sweetest lady, actually the whole staff is friendly! Best flower place in town!
