How can I give a 5 star review before I even see the delivered flowers?? My daughter, fiancée and sweet dog Miss Olive are spending Easter with her TO-​BE in laws in Indian Wells — I wanted to send an elegant — fun –personal centerpiece… inspired by the white carnation dogs on 1800 flowers… but wanting something a bit more chic! Well… their designer MARY… is taking this challenge on… she was delightful on the phone and even said she would send me a pic once it was made! I’ll post the pic!
I love to support a local creative business like Floris!!! only 12 $ delivery!!!

Floris contacted us and apologized for a glitch in their system. They were very nice and delivered roses a balloon and chocolate to make up for the ruined valentines day and misunderstanding. They went above and beyond to make it right and I really appreciate that.

I placed an order for my grandmother’s birthday last week. I purposely chose the arrangement that I did because of the beautiful colors. What my grandma received was nothing CLOSE to what I ordered. I know that florists try to get as close as possible to what you order but this was nowhere close. I feel really taken advantage of and this is exactly why I always ask the recipient to send me a photo of what they received. I called the florist and they said they were out of purple flowers. Um, then how about a phone call if you can’t get close to the expectation? They said all they can do is to send her a new bouquet once they get some purple flowers in. And the only purple vase they have in stock is much more expensive. Is that my problem? BUYER BEWARE! Always ask your recipient for a photo. See my profile for photo.

Christmas Day — my flowers arrived from forever friends — Ed the owner delivered them himself. The arrangement was beautiful, the vase beautiful and the flowers red and white splashed with greenery. This was one of the best Xmas presents ever — first I thank my forever friends for sending them, and second kudos to Ed who took the time out of his holiday to make this delivery! Floris has gained a loyal customer forever! Try them… you will not be disappointed. Happy Holidays to all…

I was looking for a place in Palm Desert that would deliver flowers locally that weren’t in a cardboard shipping box and read that Floris delivers on Sunday. I placed my order Sunday morning with their «24÷7» system, which allowed me to the select the same Sunday for the delivery date, and I received an email confirming the same-​day delivery. My mom came home from work and said she never received any birthday flowers. I left a voice message after-​hours and an email asking to either deliver them to the house or cancel the order altogether. They never contacted me back, and they called my mom TWO DAYS LATER to ask if she still wanted the flowers. She said no, and I am still waiting for the charge to be taken off my credit card. I would never trust this place with any important dates for loved ones, and my mom was very disappointed.

It was my daughter in laws St Patty’s day birthday and I wanted to send her something very special. In the past I’ve ordered flowers from 1 – 800 or FTD and decided to look for a local florist. I found Floris on line and selected an arrangement from an on line photo. The actual flowers delivered were so much prettier than the photo on line and my Son and Daughter in Law said they were the prettiest arrangement they ever saw.
The only comment I would make is the flowers ordered were from the «Plant» selection where I had hope they were alive and growing. They were fresh cut.
