I was told my pizza would be ready in 6 minutes. It was supposed to be a hot ‘n ready… Over 30 minutes later still not ready. Very understaffed!!!

Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional. My order for a 5 $ combo took 20 minutes! I will never come back to this location again.

I ordered two deep dish and a large cheese pizza, he told me it was going to 17 dollars. So the they made my deep dish wrong and then I have to wait while my other pizzas get cold. If you order a pepperoni deep dish, it is 7 dollars. But if you add an extra topping then it becomes an 8 dollar pizza and the extra topping is 1.75 extra. What a scam. After an order of breadsticks and two 2 liters it came out to 35 dollars. Really?

We love little Caesars pizza especially for the price and the hot and ready concept! But the hot and ready pizza is rarely hot and ready at this particular location. There is almost always a 5 to 10 minute wait. That kind of defeats the concept.

It was like asking for a kidney at this place. We originally went for two Box sets for $ 9. The register girl was in the middle of boxing one, and that was the only one they had ready. So we took that and their last pep pizza. And neither pizza was sliced!

Great customer service, probably the greatest service I ever had, rather than The Apple Store. I had walked in with my order in my mind, and money at hand. I walked up, first in line, greeted by a man with a smile on his face, he politely asked me what I wanted today, he didn’t seem like he acted busy. When he started getting my complicated order together, he worked sooo fast, and he was busting jokes with the lady(cook), it was a pretty great experience, and I recommend it!

Oh maaaaaan, it’s about that time! What time??? REVIEWTIME! Hahaha Been to plenty of Little Ceaser’s Pizza places in my lifetime, so let me break this one down for you. The parking is great here! Vast amount of spaces and they even have single pull through spaces in front of the store! Located in a bustling area that’s been thriving for a long time. The food here is great compared to other places! Yes, I know it isn’t 5-star cuisine and yes I know it’s Little Ceaser’s BUT it’s top notch Little Ceaser’s! They always have them«Hot-N-Ready“s ready to go *insert smooth hand motion* haha They also sell drinks here in 20oz and 2liters, but they’re pricey like most pizza places. It’s a plus that they’re located next to a grocery store, so that solves that injustice haha Employees here are super friendly and in a good mood too! Overall, 5 stars! Now this rating has an asterisk by it haha 5 stars on a fast food level, not a fine dining or sit down restaurant level. I’ll be expecting the same level from other Little Ceaser’s from now on.

It was very busy at 5:00pm. I was told the wait would be 15 – 20 min. After 20 min, found they hadn’t started one deep dish. Total wait was over 40 min. Watched three different customers leave with incomplete or inaccurate orders while I waited. They were all offered a corrected order, with an additional 20 min wait, but nobody wanted to wait. I was offered a free order of wings and an apology for my wait. A kind gesture, but I’d rather have my time back. And listening to some commercial every two minutes when someone opens the front door is incredibly annoying. They seemed very understaffed to handle the evening rush. One person on register, and three scurrying around the back.

No reason for any Hot & Ready signs or advertisement, never ready and lines out the door of people waiting

So let me start by saying I have been going to little Caesars ever since I was a kid. That being said after my most recent experience with this particular little Caesars, I will NEVER go there again!!! I always order a deep dish pizza with pepperoni and light sauce(because I think they overdue it on the sauce and I’m not into that) when I called them to order my pizza they said they are going to charge me extra for putting less sauce on my pizza. Sounds weird right? They have never ever done this to me before. These people have to make every pizza anyway, how hard is it to not put as much sauce on the pizza as you normally do? When I asked why he said its because I’m customizing the pizza… So let me ask, if I order a sausage and pineapple pizza is that not custom also? Every pizza is made custom to how the customer orders it. So they were going to charge me for an extra topping to put less sauce in my pizza. So I said no and instead ordered extra cheese to make the excessive sauce seem normal. I finally arrive to pick up the pizza I pay the ridiculous price And go home to eat. When I open the box all I see is pizza covered in cheese, so I figure maybe the pepperonis are under the cheese since I ordered extra cheese. I ate two pieces and never tasted any pepperoni. At this point I’m pretty pissed off. I rip the cheese off of every piece of crap that they call pizza only to find that they did not give me any pepperonis. So they rip me off for the light sauce thing, and than they don’t even put pepperoni on it. WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER!!! You would have to pay me to go back to that place!!!

If you are looking for good pizza at a cheap price Little Caesars is the perfect go to place! I needed 6 large pizza’s for a 1st grade party and thus had to call the order in, they were very accommodating and friendly. Angel took the order and he had everything ready for me when I got there and I have to say, great work ethic! I tried to give him a tip, basically tried to force the tip on him and he declined saying they couldn’t take tips. Employees like that are rare so if the Owner happens to read this review, give this guy a bonus, he deserves it! Parking is never a problem, due to the shopping center parking lot and it is right down the street from the freeway so easy to get to. This is my 3rd time ordering from here and the order has always been right and staff always been friendly so as far as consistency goes, I have to give it a 5 star rating. Is it gourmet pizza, of course not, but if you are looking for quick and easy at an affordable price, this is definitely the place!

It doesn’t matter how much you stress«extra mushroom» or how much they end up charging you for it… you won’t get it. You’ll be lucky if your whole pizza even has cheese. Feel free to call in your order, it’s not like the person who takes your order will remember to give it to the cooks by the time you get off the phone. You’ll still get there and wait.

On Saturday, April 20, 2013 I tried to go to the store at 11:25 am. The store hours said 11:00am was when they would open, but the doors were locked and even a guy who worked in the store couldn’t go in because apparently there was some issue with the safe being open. The doors were not open until 11:49 am. That is unacceptable. And there wasn’t really any apology or attempt to make up for the serious lack of customer service. I would have left had my friends not been craving pizza and we were already in the area grocery shopping.

I don’t care what anybody says its great when you have a big family and need something cheap. It’s good for what it is. The people that work there are nice so its all good to me.

This Pizza is the CHEAPEST way to shut your hungry kids up. At $ 5 a pie… you can easily feed three kids under nine. Voted the worst-tasting Pizza by all the major food testers — LC is the king of everything lacking… in today’s diet. Don’t touch their lethal, Trans Fat-laden breadsticks either. They sell food this cheap simply because it costs them only $ 1.99 to make each pie. The insipid sauce is nothing but Tomato Purée, water and Catnip. The greasy, tasteless Pepperoni comes from whatever Mexican sausage factory who can process meat the fastest. The rest of the savings lies in the underpaid help used to make it all, from scratch. Even their rubbery cheese is not 100% Mozzarella — it’s actually 50% Muenster cheese… clearly, the most expensive part of the entire Pizza!
